    Subscription auto renewal

    Watch out for the automatic renewal thing when you sign up for this service. I tried out the free trial, liked what I saw, so I decided to pay for a full year. Turns out, they automatically renewed my subscription without me knowing, and charged my credit card. When I tried to cancel it on their website, there was no way to stop the renewal. I called customer service, explained what happened, but they wouldn't give me a refund because of their strict 30-day policy. Just a heads up, their subscription process can be tricky - you might not realize you're being charged until it's too late to get your money back. Can't say anything about the product since I never even got to use it.

    The exchanges and transfers I've made have always been really fast and the rates are pretty good. But, honestly, the phone app isn't the greatest. I find myself having to log in multiple times because it keeps freezing.

    Parka and Coat Purchase

    I just got a parka and a coat from this website, and let me tell you, I'm in love with both of them.     I recently bought a sofa from this company, and I've gotta say, I've been really let down by the whole experience. The sofa started falling apart pretty quickly, with the leather coming apart at the seams. I reached out for help, and all they did was blame the product.     Exchange issue

    So, I got this really cute top from this store, but when I tried to exchange it for a different size, I found out that there is no customer service available except through email. Isn't that strange? And on top of that, I could only receive store credit because the item I wanted to exchange was on sale. Now I have to wait for an email with the code for my store credit after I send the return package. But what if the things in my cart sell out before I even receive the credit? That's not cool. I almost considered just purchasing the items again instead of dealing with this entire process, but it shouldn't be this difficult to exchange something. Ugh, frustrating!

    Lots of items bought in August

    I bought a bunch of stuff back in August but now I need to return something and it's been two whole months and I still haven't gotten a returns label! I keep emailing them but they don't respond and I haven't gotten my refund yet. This company is seriously the worst I've ever dealt with. I'm definitely going somewhere else next time, it's just not worth the trouble.

    Four bottles of bourbon

    I ordered four bottles of bourbon from Drizly back on 12/17, and I have to say it's been pretty disappointing. Even though I ordered everything weeks ago, I still have no idea what's going on with my order as of 1/2. I tried reaching out to Drizly several times for updates, but all I got back were vague and unhelpful responses that didn't really address my concerns. And to top it off, they let me know on 12/29 that one of the bottles I bought wasn't even available, which was frustrating since they never told me about that earlier. Plus, their website says my order has been shipped, but when I checked UPS, there's no sign of it moving at all. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service from Drizly, so I'm not sure if I'll use them again in the future.
