Underwhelming experience with Sky by Gramophone

I bought a turntable from this store recently, and I gotta say, it was just alright. The buying part was easy and the shipping was pretty fast. But when I got the turntable, I saw that the dust cover was cracked - probably got messed up during shipping. It was a bummer, but I decided to contact their Customer Service for help. The person I talked to was really nice and understanding. They worked with the manufacturer to get a new dust cover sent to my house, and it came in about a week. Despite the bump in the road at first, I'm grateful for how they handled things and fixed the problem without any drama.
Chord Huei
Man, let me tell ya, the customer service at this place is seriously the best. So, I bought this Chord Huei recently, and when it got to me, guess what? No grounding plate. But these guys didn't just leave me hanging, they really came through. They reached out to their supplier and made sure I got what I needed in no time. Within a couple of days, I was all good to go. And can we talk about their prices? So competitive. And their supplier, The Sound Organization, is amazing to work with too. It really makes a difference when you're dealing with such solid wholesaler and retailer, you know?

I really love Gramophone! They have this awesome showroom where you can actually test out the gear before you decide to buy it. I personally think it's the best way to shop for audio equipment. I already placed an order, but it's taking a little longer to arrive because of some supply chain issues. Hopefully, it'll get here soon!

I had a tough time buying something, ran into some problems. But Manuel from customer service really came through for me. He was super helpful and really focused on fixing things for me. He quickly handled the issues, took back what I first bought, and made sure I got the right product in the end. Manuel kept me in the loop the whole time, his communication was top-notch. I appreciate his great service and how he took care of my problems.
