High-end speakers
I gotta say, I was kinda bummed at first with what I bought from this store. But man, when I contacted customer service, they really went all out to fix things up. They were super helpful, always kept in touch, and made sure I was totally happy with my purchase. I really admire how they turned my bad situation around and made it good. The speakers I got are seriously awesome quality, and I'm thrilled I chose to shop here. I'll for sure be coming back again in the future.

Heavy treadmill removal
I just reached out to this company to help me get rid of this super heavy old treadmill that was taking up space in my house. When I first had it delivered, the movers had a hard time trying to squeeze it through the door. But the two guys from this company had no trouble at all - they found a way to get it out without causing any damage. Their online customer service was also great in giving me a good price for the job. I was really impressed with how fast and efficient they were. I'm thinking about calling them again next time I need help moving something heavy.

Tactical knife purchase
I just bought this cool tactical knife online. At first, I was bummed because it took forever to get here. I contacted customer service, and they said it would come soon, but I didn't really believe them after waiting so long. But guess what? It finally showed up, and it was actually really good quality. So, turns out sometimes you just gotta be patient and things work out better than you thought.

White trashcan purchase
I first ordered a white trashcan, but they sent me a chrome one instead. I reached out to customer service through email, but all I got was a generic response from a robot saying they couldn't help. Even though they claim to have chat and text support, I couldn't get in touch with a real person for help. I ended up returning the wrong items and won't be buying from them again. The bad customer service and lack of communication left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.

Online purchase disappointment
If you're considering shopping at that place, I would say probably not a good idea. The pictures make things look way better than they actually are, the sizes are all over the place, and the quality is just awful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I really should have paid attention to the reviews instead of throwing my money away on that junk. I definitely won't be making that mistake again!

Just bought cigars, got some free stuff
This store was really easy to order from, they verified me quickly and shipped my stuff fast. My cigars arrived fresh and they even threw in a few freebies, which was pretty cool. I'm also curious if they sell those Royal Hemp Blunt Tobacco-Free wraps that they gave me because they were awesome!

Expensive jeans, poor online sales and customer service
My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing. Their jeans are way too expensive and their online sales and customer service are seriously lacking. I tried to cancel an order right after I placed it, but it took a whole day for someone to finally get back to me. When they did, they said they couldn't cancel the order even though there was an option to do that on the website. Their lack of communication and slow responses are just not okay, especially in this digital age. The customer service reps were rude and not helpful at all, which just made the whole thing even more annoying. And the fact that they still shipped the item I wanted to cancel just shows they don't really care about what their customers want. Overall, my experience with this company was a total disaster.
