Waist trainer purchase
I was really bummed out by my purchase from this company. I got a waist trainer based on my measurements, but when it came, it was way too small. I tried to send it back, but they said no refunds, only store credit. They didn't make that clear when I bought it, and if I had known, I wouldn't have bought from them. The product wasn't what I expected, and their customer service wasn't great. All in all, a total waste of money.

Recent purchase experience
I just bought something from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with what I got. The packaging was kind of underwhelming, the shampoo and conditioner bars were smaller so they won't last as long, and it seems like the formula has changed because my hair didn't look as shiny. On top of that, the product lathered way more than it used to, which was a letdown. It feels like as this company gets more popular, they're cutting corners on product quality.
