I bought something on the website and was really let down by the whole thing. It took forever for my order to even be shipped out, and when it finally got to me, some stuff was missing. The customer service also wasn't great - they just picked a replacement item without even asking me. It was pretty frustrating how they didn't keep me in the loop and how slow everything was. I think I'll try out different brands next time.

I bought two really pretty kaftans in different colors, but turns out they didn't look as good on me as I thought they would. Didn't deliver my order.
I had flowers supposed to be delivered today and tomorrow, but they never arrived. I even shelled out extra for same-day delivery, and still, nothing. When I called customer support, it was a total mess. I had to repeat my information several times for them to get it right. The supervisor had to step in and then they realized the shop was already closed. It's unbelievable. After reading all the negative reviews online, I found out I wasn't the only one facing this kind of incompetence. It was just a terrible experience overall.
