    Online service platform review

    When I use online service platforms, I expect them to be professional and reliable. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this platform wasn't up to par. I had a credit card dispute for the first time, and even though the platform said they had a process for counter disputes, they didn't help me at all. They just took the money from my account and gave it back to the customer without checking with me first. That lack of security and transparency is not okay with me, and I'm really not happy about it. I've been using online platforms for a while now, and I think they should be better at handling important financial stuff. I'm going to look for a new platform that cares more about keeping customers' money safe and building trust.

    Bad purchase

    I tried using this thing called Jobber, and it was a disaster. My family bought it for a full year, but we couldn't even log in! And when we asked for help, the tech team was not helpful at all. We tried to get our money back, but they refused. So frustrating!

    Shady website

    If you care about your security, definitely steer clear of this website. When I was trying to upload my logo, my antivirus software popped up a warning saying the site looked fishy. I mean, come on - how can you trust a company that can't even keep their own website safe?

    QuickBooks integration purchase

    My experience with Jobber has been pretty disappointing. They advertised falsely and used some sneaky sales tactics. Even though they knew they were misleading customers about how well they integrate with QuickBooks, they still wouldn't give me a refund, claiming it was against their policy. I wish I had tried out the free trial first because then I could have avoided paying a lot for the yearly fee. I suggest testing out the product before you buy it or maybe looking into a more ethical option like Tradify.

    Terrible scheduling and invoicing

    Jobber has some good features, but as you keep using it, you start noticing more and more flaws. One big problem is not being able to easily see how much a job or day is worth on the schedule. It's a hassle to find out these basic details. This makes planning schedules as an employer way more complicated and time-consuming than it needs to be. Plus, not being able to automatically send invoices for one-time jobs defeats the purpose of using software like Jobber. Manually creating invoices is a pain and goes against the whole idea of automation. And requiring customers to save a credit card to get automated invoices has caused a lot of headaches, leading to missed payments and frustration. Grouping services for different properties on one invoice is confusing and looks unprofessional. Customers should be able to easily see what services they're paying for at each property. Jobber also makes it tough to categorize recurring jobs, making scheduling even more of a headache. And not being able to view custom worksheets outside of the schedule view is just plain inconvenient. Having to download and re-upload worksheets just to see them with other attachments wastes time. Not being able to record payments directly from the app adds unnecessary complexity and the inability to send booking confirmations to the right contacts leads to miscommunication. In the end, Jobber has potential, but it's lacking in key areas that are crucial for businesses looking for efficient scheduling and invoicing solutions.
