    Ordering glasses online

    I had a pretty bad experience with this company I ordered from. I waited for weeks for my package only to find out that it hadn't even been delivered, and I had to bug them to give my money back. The customer service person I talked to was not helpful at all and didn't even say sorry, which really bugged me. Instead of trying to fix the situation by sending me a new package, they just gave me a refund and said to order again. The fact that they didn't take responsibility for their mistake really rubbed me the wrong way, and I was left feeling annoyed and unhappy as a customer. It got me thinking if their products are as bad as their service. Long story short, I won't be buying from them again.

    Light kit for Lego car

    I had a blast putting in the light kit for my Lego car! Dealing with the small wires and plugs was a bit tricky, but they seemed sturdy, so I didn't stress about breaking them. The instruction manual was a huge help in figuring out where everything went. The only downside was that the receiver board was faulty when I received it. However, the customer service was fantastic and they promptly sent me a replacement. Let me tell you, my Lego car looks incredibly awesome with all the lights on now!

    Multivitamin for older dog

    I just bought some multivitamins for my older pup from this company and let me tell you, I am blown away. The customer service I received was top-notch. The folks there were super friendly and really knew their stuff. And ever since I started giving these vitamins to my dog, I've noticed a big difference in his health.     New washing machine

    My new washing machine is awful! It's small, weak, and can't even clean my clothes properly. The lid locking mechanism drives me crazy - what if I need to toss in a sock I dropped? I have to wait so long for it to unlock. The water level sensor doesn't work half the time, my clothes end up dry. It doesn't use enough water so my clothes are always soapy. And it can't get rid of sweat smells at all! It's frustrating.

    Large order with mixed results

    I just made a big order from this company, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a mixed bag. I was pretty happy to get a tracking number the same day I ordered, but it was annoying to find out my stuff was coming from different couriers. The first package got here super quick, in just 2 days, which was awesome. But the second package took a whole week just to get from the warehouse to the courier, and I still don't have it. They told me it should be here in 2 more days, but why even bother sending tracking numbers if the stuff isn't moving along to actually be delivered?

    I just bought something from that company and had a little problem with the shipping. But, I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch!     I just bought a phone skin from this company and I was really happy with how nice it was. It was super easy to put on and it fit my phone just right. The only problem was that the delivery guy messed up and sent it to the wrong house at first. But EasySkinz fixed it right away by sending me another one, which got to me the very next day.     I had a problem with my test kit the other day because the barcode was invalid. I contacted customer service and they were really great.     Incorrect doll received

    I bought this doll from the shop but got a different one. I contacted them about it, and they said they already sent it out minutes after my email. Can you believe that? And on top of that, they wouldn't give me a refund. I feel totally scammed and let down by this whole thing. I even tried to show them a picture as evidence, but it didn't work.

    I just started using this new plant-based meal delivery service and I gotta say, I am seriously impressed with how tasty and satisfying the meals are.
