I just bought this really cool beaded bracelet from this company, and let me tell you, I am blown away by how awesome it is! I just bought a gold beaded bracelet from this place, and let me tell you, I am really happy with how nice it looks and how well it's made. Never received package and they said I assume responsibility because I did not choose signature required. I didn’t need to know that I needed to do that. I will never buy from there again.
Order # 20205 Rings, Bracelets, Ear Cuff
There are so many designers doing these kind of rings/bracelets. I would never order from here again. We ordered what we thought was earrings - 1 ear cuff came and it is impossible to attach to the ear. There is no phone number to call customer service. I have emailed but they do not get back to you. It would not be worth sending this one ear cuff back since re-stocking fee is $15. Quality is not that great either. Most annoying though is that you can not talk to anyone.

Also they have the good services as i can order via telephone as well as email too. so the communication is better with the customer support too
they solve the issues on time without making it complicated or anything
also the price i paid for my bracelet was fine too, like it was not what i expecetd so yeah much better for me
