Don't waste your money and time with this company. I was really looking forward to getting a personalized experience with a professional writer, like they promised on their website. But, all I got was disappointment and frustration. Instead of the personalized interview they said I would have, I hardly got asked any questions. I was left wondering if they even considered my information. The resume they gave me didn't even sound like me - it felt like a robot just threw together a bunch of random words. And when I tried to talk about my concerns, the representative was rude and dismissive. I recommend staying away from this company.
