I had a really frustrating experience this year trying to renew my emotional support animal letter through Support Pets. It was the first time I had a problem with them, and man, it really tested my patience. But even with all that, I still believe in what they do and how it helps me have my furry friend with me at all times. I tried to get a new letter without an expiration date, but had a not-so-great customer service experience. I felt like my concerns weren't being heard, and all I got was a generic response saying I could only get documents with expiration dates.

Yeah, so we ordered this vest for our puppy from this place, you know? And then they went and charged us more for stuff we didn't even receive! I mean, seriously, what's up with that? So my mom decided to email them to let them know how we felt, but they never bothered to respond! How rude, right? But after pestering them a bit, we finally did get our money back. So I guess everything's okay now, but still, not cool at all!
Service mishap
My experience with Support Pets was really frustrating and disappointing. I got certificates and doctors' letters with the wrong spelling of my dog's name, so I reached out to get them fixed. Even though I made it clear in several emails that I couldn't print anything, they kept telling me to just print them myself. It took a lot of persistence, but they finally sent me a corrected certificate, although they wouldn't fix the letters from the doctors. And even now, I keep getting ads with the wrong spelling of my dog's name. The way their customer service team lacks consistency and communication is just not okay.

Even though I made a mistake on my application, the staff was really patient and helped me fix it step by step.
