Emotional support animal renewal
I had a really frustrating experience this year trying to renew my emotional support animal letter through Support Pets. It was the first time I had a problem with them, and man, it really tested my patience. But even with all that, I still believe in what they do and how it helps me have my furry friend with me at all times. Support Pets gives me such a sense of freedom and peace of mind that I can't thank them enough for. It's really invaluable to me, since I depend on my emotional support animal for comfort and stability.

ESA documents with expiration date
Getting my ESA documents was easy enough, but then I ran into a snag with my landlord because the letters had expiration dates. My landlord wouldn't accept them because of that. I tried to get a new letter without an expiration date, but had a not-so-great customer service experience. I felt like my concerns weren't being heard, and all I got was a generic response saying I could only get documents with expiration dates.
Collar purchase
I got this adorable collar for my furry friend and wanted to make her look official. It was perfect and my landlord totally fell for it. The only issue was that the collar was a little too snug for my tiny 5lb ball of fur, so I wish I knew if I could adjust the size. But everything else was fantastic! Thanks a lot!
Certificate transfer inquiry
I got my certificate pretty quickly, which was nice. Sadly, my sweet pet unexpectedly passed away just a few weeks later. It was really tough for me, but I'm hoping to get another furry friend soon. When the time comes, I'll need to figure out how to transfer the certificate to my new pet.

I had a great experience with Support Pets. It was nice to talk to a real person when I called, instead of being stuck on hold forever like other places. Even though I made a mistake on my application, the staff was really patient and helped me fix it step by step. They were super knowledgeable and professional, which gave me a lot of trust in their ability to help me with my Emotional Support Animal needs.
