Ostomy supplies purchase
I recently bought ostomy supplies from this company and it was not a great experience. First off, their ordering process was kind of confusing and not easy to use. It took me a while to even figure out how to place an order. Then, when I called customer service with questions about my order, I was put on hold for a really long time and the person I talked to didn't seem to know much about the products. On top of that, the prices were higher than I thought they would be. I thought I was getting a good deal, but I actually paid more than I would have at a local pharmacy. To make matters worse, the delivery took longer than they said it would, and when the package finally arrived, some of the products were missing. Overall, I was not impressed with their service at all.

Puppy vest purchase
Everything was great and really quick, but now I'm having trouble reaching out to order another vest for my other dog. The website only allows me to order one for one dog, but I actually need one for both of them! The vest is top-notch quality, really durable, and I appreciate being able to change the patches.

Rosacea and lupus sensitivity test
I have to admit, I wasn't too sure about getting a sensitivity test at first. But I've been dealing with symptoms of rosacea and lupus, and I thought it might be helpful to figure out which foods are causing flare-ups. The results of the test were unexpected, but I decided to eliminate the foods they suggested, in addition to sticking to my low-inflammation diet. I'm happy to report that my symptoms have been getting better after being stuck in one place for months. Taking the test was simple, and the results were easy to understand. I'm looking forward to seeing even more progress in the future.

Two swimsuits, different sizes
So, check it out, I ordered these swimsuits, right? Well, let me tell ya, one of them is tiny and the other one is huge! And the quality is no good! Looks like they just slapped it together real quick. And the fabric? Definitely not meant for swimming, more like sheer undies. So I hit them up and all they said was "sorry you didn't like it!" Like, come on! It's not about liking it, it's about getting stuck with junk. Now they're making it a hassle for me to send it back! Seriously? I never got a return label so now I gotta dish out a ton of cash to ship it back to China. Ugh, they seriously need to step up their game when it comes to customer service.

Who doesn't love good stuff at good prices, right? SuperSmart really hits the mark on both. I keep coming back for more because I can't get enough of their products. They work well and don't break the bank like some other brands. Plus, the customer service at SuperSmart is fantastic, and their rewards system is awesome for saving money on future buys. Love it!

Blouse
I recently bought a blouse from this company and it was a total letdown. I had to wait 8 whole weeks for my order to finally show up, which is just not cool nowadays where everything is fast-paced online. When I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, they agreed right away. But I couldn't shake off the feeling that it was weird how they suddenly had the item ready to ship as soon as I asked for a refund. This whole thing left me feeling pretty unhappy and I would suggest others to watch out before buying from this company.
