Reservation at Concord Airport location
I made a reservation at the Concord Airport location not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The person at the kiosk, for some strange reason, wouldn't honor my reservation that I clearly had. It really made me feel like they were discriminating against me.

Steel toe cap trainers
I bought these steel toe cap sneakers for work about 3 months ago and I’ve been wearing them like 4 days a week. But now I’m running into this problem with the material inside the heels where it’s splitting and the stuffing is coming out. I’m kind of bummed about it because these shoes were not cheap, ya know?

Boots
I just bought these boots for $400 and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the quality. Only used them 5 times and already the glue is melting, which is just not okay for something so expensive. I wouldn't suggest these to anyone who wants long-lasting boots.
