Review about: Time Resistance
Two new bags
I bought two new bags from this store recently, and they really impressed me with the quality and craftsmanship. They are absolutely gorgeous and you can tell they were made with care. However, I was a bit bummed to see that only one of the bags had my initials on it. I was hoping for both bags to be personalized. Now I'll have to find a place that can add my initials to the second bag. Even though I'm a little disappointed, I still love the products and will keep supporting the brand.

Got a new suitcase cuz old one got messed up
My luggage broke while I was on a trip, so I sent them a picture and they sent me a brand new one! They were really nice about it!

I just received my emotional support animal papers from this place and I'm really thrilled! International plan experience
Our experience with the international plan was pretty terrible. We thought it would be useful to have it while we were in Europe so we could use data and stay in touch with each other. But it didn't work out well at all. Most of the time, we couldn't even get online unless we were connected to Wi-Fi. And to make things worse, we got hit with a bill that was way more than we thought because they said we used too much data. Even though we paid for a plan that was supposed to cover us, we never got a heads up that we were running low on data until we got back home. It just felt like a total waste of money and left us feeling really frustrated and ripped off.

Efficient customer service
I just wanted to share that I had a really good customer service experience at this store. I messed up my order by not realizing the size difference between the UK and US. But Shanaye, the rep I spoke with, was so helpful, polite, and quick to help me fix the problem. They were able to change my order right away so I didn't have to deal with reordering the correct size and possibly missing out if it sold out. I was really impressed with how fast and efficient they were in resolving the issue.

Refund issue
Hey there, I'm getting super annoyed because it's been ages and I still haven't heard anything about that refund from last year when my flights got canceled. I've sent a bunch of emails but haven't heard back at all. It's just so frustrating, all I want is my money back!

Long wait for return processing
I just returned something, but it's been stuck in the warehouse for a whole week and no one can find it. I've tried talking to two different managers, but nothing's changed. It's really annoying and frustrating how no one seems to be communicating or following through on this.
