Hey there, I'm getting super annoyed because it's been ages and I still haven't heard anything about that refund from last year when my flights got canceled. I've sent a bunch of emails but haven't heard back at all. It's just so frustrating, all I want is my money back!

Replacement pen request
I've been vaping for a long time, several years to be exact. Recently, I had to get a new vape pen just 10 days after buying one, which was super unexpected for me. When I contacted customer service for help, they made me go through a tough process where I had to send them a video showing what was wrong with the pen. I felt like it was too much to ask from a loyal customer like myself. Having to go through all those hoops just to get a replacement left me feeling pretty annoyed and unsatisfied. After almost a decade of vaping, I really thought a well-known company would have a quicker and easier process in place.

Long wait for return processing
I just returned something, but it's been stuck in the warehouse for a whole week and no one can find it. I've tried talking to two different managers, but nothing's changed. It's really annoying and frustrating how no one seems to be communicating or following through on this.
