Novo4 vape kit
I just got the Novo4 vape kit and the first pod was great. But man, the second one was a disaster. I didn't realize it had a different coil, so it leaked like crazy and wasted a ton of my juice. Besides that, the coil stuck out more than the first one, which meant I couldn't even use the first pod that still had juice left. The sticking out coil squished the electrodes down, so the first pod couldn't connect and I couldn't use it at all. I'm really bummed about the screw up in manufacturing that caused these problems, and I wish I hadn't bought this product.

Two shirts purchased with 2-day shipping
I bought two shirts for the holidays thinking they'd arrive on time since I paid extra for faster shipping. But they didn't show up when they were supposed to, and it bummed me out for the second year in a row. The company being closed for the holidays made the delay even worse, and now I'm not sure if they really care about their customers. On top of that, it took a whole month to get my refund, and they didn't even give back the shipping fee for the faster delivery that didn't happen. This whole situation has made me feel like I can't trust them and I'm hesitant to buy from them again.

$1,200 I-phone purchase
I went to the store and there was only one girl working who seemed like she couldn't really do much on her own. The manager was missing, even though there was a big line of people waiting. I ended up canceling my new $1,200 phone because the girl said she couldn't do anything about it. So frustrating. I'm going to a corporate store tomorrow to finally close my Verizon account. The service was awful and the staff didn't take responsibility.

CEX exchange experience
I gotta say, even though it's not perfect, I gotta give props where they're due. The support team over at this exchange really surprised me with how great they were in the past, always there to help out and communicate. The interface may have its flaws, but it gets the job done smoothly. The product itself is simple and user-friendly, making trading super easy. It's not without its hiccups, but compared to other CEX exchanges I've used, this one really shines as one of the best.

umbrella stand
I purchased a 60 pound backyard umbrella stand. It arrived as crumbled concrete. Homethreads will NOT pick it up, but instead suggests that I find a neighbor or family member to dispose of it. Where? oh, somewhere -in the agent's home town he can leave 60 lbs of broken concrete for an unsuspecting garbage truck worker to lift and dispose of. Homethreads used FedEx to deliver. They should use it to pick up. Or give me money to dispose of their garbage. Unconscionable.

Do not buy from Cettire! I returned a bag exactly how it came to me and they've rejected the return because apparently the bag was "no longer new". If that's the case they sent me a used bag! Since 3 weeks I'm now trying to get a response and refund and they are not acting. WORST shopping experience EVER!

STAY AWAY! Product is made of flimsy materials and it’s very dangerous and could collapse or fall on your babies.
Their reviews on their website are altered to only reflect positive but they removed all the negative. I found their Etsy account after ordering and saw REAL reviews. (See photos for honest reviews on their flimsy children’s furniture)
Placed an order and saw reviews and was terrified. Messaged them 6 minutes after the order was placed to cancel it. They responded 6 minutes later trying to get me not to cancel. I responded asking for a refund, they completely ignored me after that when they initially responded right away. I sent over 5 emails. I called my credit card company now, they will be doing an investigation and charge this company back.
Very shady company who is trying to keep my money instead of cancelling and refunding my order! Do not make the mistake I made and save yourself a call to your credit card company.Review about: Moerie

Men's White Tuxedo
Terrible Customer Service. Promised 2-Day shipping (with an extra $30) payment. Nowhere did they disclose that it was Fed-Ex two day, which does not include weekends. Still, the suit would arrive the DAY I needed it with 2 day minus the weekend. Day of, I was told the suit was delayed and would not arrive. So, I had to go buy another expensive suit somewhere in person. I have been trying to get customer service to communicate with me on a return for over a week now, and they keep sending me short, unprofessional, and unhelpful emails trying to get me to keep the suit which I had already explained multiple times I did not want. I'm still trying to work out a return with them and have them say in writing they will give me a FULL refund. Honestly never even opened the box to check the quality of the suit. It does not matter. At this point, they will never have my business again.

Pavacat shirt June 2021, DO NOT BUY FROM PAVACAT
I ordered a product on their website. Order shipped somewhat quickly, appeared to be shipping from the New Jersey area, but when I would track it it takes you to one of the shipping sites from China, and next showed tracking info. The product did not look 1/2 like it did in the photo, was 3 sizes too small and I order up a size. I have reached out to 2 different groups to get a return, and no one responds. It is not worth the hassle to order from here. I should have learned my lesson, these companies make the site look like they are US and they are not. Huge disappointment, wasted my money and can't get it back. Buyer beware.
