    Emotional support animal renewal

    I had a really frustrating experience this year trying to renew my emotional support animal letter through Support Pets. It was the first time I had a problem with them, and man, it really tested my patience. But even with all that, I still believe in what they do and how it helps me have my furry friend with me at all times. Support Pets gives me such a sense of freedom and peace of mind that I can't thank them enough for. It's really invaluable to me, since I depend on my emotional support animal for comfort and stability.

    License renewal issue

    I had a really bad time trying to renew my license for this product. I renewed it in September, but then got a reminder in November. I tried reaching out to customer service through email several times about this issue, but never heard back. I also tried to stop the auto-renewal in the product settings, but they still took out a second payment from my account. The fact that customer service didn't communicate or help at all is super disappointing, and it makes me question the company's honesty. On top of that, I noticed that when I signed up, I was bombarded with adware that I couldn't turn off. That just made a bad situation even worse. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company after the way they treated me.

    Subscription box purchase

    I used to have a subscription box back in 2016 and I was super impressed with how awesome the items were, the packaging was top-notch, and the website was easy to navigate. But lately, I've been pretty let down. They weren't clear about whether I would be getting a curated box or picking items myself, and turns out I needed to use these Maven points to "pay" for the box each time. They didn't explain that well, so I was left feeling confused and ended up with unexpected costs. On top of that, a curated box I got as a gift came all busted up because it was poorly packaged. Even after reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, I never heard back. Overall, I wouldn't say you should go for this subscription because they're not transparent and their customer service stinks.

    Outdoorsy is so great! They really help you out with everything you need to rent an RV and make sure both the renters and owners are happy.     Prescription goggles for daughter

    I recently got some prescription goggles for my daughter from this shop, and I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the product. I had a bit of trouble placing the order and I had a bunch of questions, but the team at the store was super knowledgeable and really helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole ordering process super easy. When my daughter put on the goggles, she immediately noticed a big difference in her vision. I even took the goggles to her eye doctor, who said the prescription was spot on and wanted the store's info to recommend to other patients.     Green dress purchase

    I gotta tell ya, that green dress I snagged from this online shop was even better than I expected. I spotted it on a social media ad and just had to have it. I usually don't trust online shopping, but I took a chance and ordered it in green. It came in about two weeks, and let me tell ya, it's stunning! The fit was perfect, and the material was top-notch. I was so in love with it that I went back and got it in pink too. Their website has a ton of awesome colors to choose from, and it was hard not to buy everything! I wanted more, but I held off due to possible customs fees in the UK. Overall, the whole shopping experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back for more in the future.

    We furnished our living room and dining room

    Where do I even begin. Everything about our experience with Eternity Modern has been distasteful ... unprofessional. Several of our items arrived damaged - both sling back chairs and four of the six dining chairs. The couch came without instructions and the white glove delivery service didn’t know how to set it up - we were left with modules sitting in our living room for close to a week.

    Finally, after about 20 calls to eternity modern, my husband and I assembled the couch ourselves with a shoelace, per the CEO of eternity modern. Yes, you heard that right. I have an email from the CEO telling me to set up a 7k couch with a shoelace.

    Regarding the damages, we filed a claim the day the furniture arrived (within 30 minutes of it arriving) and eternity modern did nothing about it. We have an email chain going back-and-forth with them that lasted almost 7 weeks.

    We finally sent everything to our credit card company to disputed the charges and won the dispute. About a week after the dispute was settled, they decided to begin harassing us for the furniture back and threatening legal action. We were on vacation when they originally reached out ... have now hired a lawyer who is handling this for us.

    I forgot to also mention that our furniture sat at the white glove warehouse for close to three weeks after being delivered there because eternity modern did not send them the proper documentation to identify that we were the owners. I can’t even tell you how many phone calls I had to make to get that straightened out.

    Our lawyer is still trying to settle with them, as we do not want to be stuck in an unfurnished home. They have not backed down and continue to threaten legal action if they don’t get all their furniture back. This has to be the worst companies I’ve ever worked with.

    Beware - everything from the beginning has been a nightmare ... we basically have to pay for the consequences of their terrible business management and lack of professionalism.

    Mini quad

    Stay FAR away from this company. We bought a mini quad for our daughter that just turned 6 years old, thought this would be good. It shipped late, we had to call the shipping company 3 times before it was delivered. THEN the quad was “ready to ride” with a flat tire off the bead, rear axle bent, front tires cambered in and both loose, chain falling off, handle bars loose and our daughter hasn’t even rode it yet! This company is so disappointing, I emailed the sales team and they want me to do things to this bike and fix it. Yeah, that isn’t going to happen I have no clue what to do. No apologies because if my partner didn’t look this bike over our 6 year old COULD have been in a serious accident. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    I cannot stress how bad this company is!! Horrible!!

    I should give them 5 stars for ordering because they were more than willing to take my money.

    I ordered a medallion set in January for an April run. Time passed and the run date was nearing so I emailed them to find out what the issue was. I think it was mid March when I started getting more stressed and that’s when I emailed about it. I was giving extra time because of all the Covid procedures and I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

    Their response when I asked if they could priority ship it was:
    “ We unfortunately don't offer expedited shipping, but we do promise to get it out as soon as we can. The April 9th is Unicorn Day part in our item description is meant to get runners excited and ready for the season.”

    Basically saying that they don’t give a shit about the actual order I placed.

    If you are someone that enjoys going on runs, my best advice is to run. Run far far away from this company.

    The medallion did eventually arrive in May. Almost five months from the day I ordered and a month after the run.

    I can't tell wether the quality of the products is good, but according to the reviews on TrustPilot they're not. My order was never shipped even though their customer service says it was. The track & trace only shows that shipment info is uploaded, which is obviously not the same as actually sending it.
    They will tell you it's because of Covid19 but it's not as I have ordered with other shops internationally with no problem at all, using the same courier. Don't shop here!

    I searched for face masks that would fit smaller facesand I ended up ordering masks from 4 different companys. These took a little while to arrive but ended up being my favorites. I like the fitted nose wire, the adjustable & comfortable ear loops, and the filter pocket and free filter that comes with it. They do make me hot but I haven't found one yet that doesn't make me hot. They were the most expensive, but considering I bought a four pack from another company and they were too big and a waste of money, these are worth the slightly higher price. I will be ordering more in the future.

    I am an artist and I terminated my contract with VIDA/Shop. They are still selling my scarves, tops, bags, etc. with no regard to the ending of the contract. They are selling my products on AOL They are hogging images and plastering my image page with every artists scarves. VIDA/Shop only reported 3 scarves of mine sold of a certain image when I know many sold. They have two different spreadsheet and by mistake an employee at Vida sent me theirs by mistake and noticed they sold a top with my image and I was never paid. They have no respect for artists and VIDA/Shop does what it wants. STAY AWAY THEY ARE BAD NEWS!

    I've been wanting to order from them. I've heard really good reviews from people as well as bad so I'm really confused on what should I do. Also if you bought from them, was the shipping cost based on the weight & distance?

    I ordered end of November a christmas present. got email last week asking for feed back, when i said the order was still in the warehouse they replied next day stating it had been dispatched that morning. not been able to find track and trace number or info since. i can only hope the item is recievied for christmas.

    I never received my purchase after two months. They messed up my address but then said it was fixed and my shipment had been sent.     This company is amazing. I wasn't going to have enough formula to last me the weekend due to an unexpected incident which compromised the formula we had, so I emailed the company. Overnight Saturday deliveries were not an option on their site. They immediately responded and overnighted me a box for Saturday delivery. Top notch customer service.
