Wiper blades for my car
Man, I was so worried about ordering those wiper blades from this one place 'cause they only had a measly 2 stars. But then I noticed they were actually replying to all the negative reviews, so I thought, "Hmm, maybe they actually give a darn about their customers." And you know what? Those wiper blades came super quickly, only took like 4 days! And the prices weren't too shabby either. Like, who wants to shell out a ton of cash for wiper blades, right? The website was a breeze to use, and I even got some handy-dandy instructions on how to slap 'em on 'cause let's face it, the ones that come in the package are useless. Still had to pop on some YouTube tutorials to really get it though. But hey, my wiper blades are on and seem to be doing the trick. Overall, I'd give this whole shebang a solid 5 stars for sure.
Wiper Blades
The customer service I got from this company was top-notch. I bought a set of wiper blades back in December and just got around to putting them on my car. Turns out, there was a problem with the driver-side blade setup. I contacted the company about it and they wasted no time sending out a replacement blade. They handled everything super quickly and got it all sorted out. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with their customer service and I'll for sure be shopping with them again. I'll also be telling my friends, family, and co-workers about this awesome company.
Amazing customer service
I bought some wipers from this store because they had a good variety. When my package showed up, it looked like it had been through a rough time. One of the wipers was missing and the other was barely holding on in the beat-up box. I tried calling their customer service but couldn't get through, just like others who tried. I left a message and crossed my fingers. Surprisingly, the next day I got an email from a customer service person asking for pictures of the damage. They fixed the problem fast and sent me a replacement right away.
Quick delivery, easy installation
I just got some new windshield wiper blades from this website and man, they got here super quick! Wiper part replacement
I ran into a problem installing my wipers and accidentally broke a crucial part. I reached out and the next day, I got an email from an actual person asking for more info. I responded, and they sent out a replacement part that got to me in three days. They even gave me a tracking number. Really awesome customer service and communication. Thanks a bunch!

I was totally impressed by how much this vendor really pays attention to detail to make sure their customers are happy. I mean, the fact that they give you easy-to-follow instructions on how to attach their products to your car is just amazing. It really shows that they genuinely want you to have a great experience and will do whatever it takes to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
Incorrect wiper blades purchased
Man, I totally messed up and got the wrong wiper blades. I didn't even know there was a "cherokee" and a "grand Cherokee." But the customer service was on it and totally understood. I'm thankful for their patience and help in getting me the right blades. I'm excited to go back and grab the correct ones!

Rain-X Latitude wiper blades
ordered blades last week because my stockers were shot and they were supposed to come a number of days ago. the USPS tracking just says "in transit, will arrive late" its understandable if it was a day late but a whole week late is completely ridiculous. within the past two weeks, I ordered 5 Items for my car, 4 of which I already received or will receive tomorrow (One of which is coming from China)! they all use the same carrier which was USPS, so i'm finding it difficult to believe its a shipping carrier problem. more like WBUSA does not take their customers into account and is just after making money. and i still have yet to receive what i paid for. When I contact WBUSA all they give you is some stupid 3 option path which all lead to you leaving them a message that they will not return. when I sent an email out, i got some generic response that they'll look into the matter and contact me back which (surprise surprise) they never did, and now if i want to cancel/return my order i must wait 30 days so I can get my money back. 100% will not order ANYTHING from there again. 100% do not recommended unless you take delight in being scammed and taken for a loop

Shipped out same day I ordered. Arrived 4 days later halfway across the country. Great prices, great quality product. Perfect fit. Easy ordering. What more could you want?
Rain X latitude wipers
Purchased wiper blades on April 18, 2020. Tracking info only indicated preshipment. I Had not received them. Sent an email requesting a refund on May 2. Bill, from customer support, indicated in his email that i have to wait 30 days before requesting a refund (a long time but with COVID 19 understandable). I sent another email on May18, indicating I still haven't revived the wipers and wanted a refund. In Bill's reply, he asked if i wanted a refund or a replacement, which was strange enough since I asked for a refund now two times. My reply was a refund since I had already purchased the wipers from a local store (really, my wipers were broken and couldn't wait any longer). The next email I received was, "Your order has already been shipped. Yes you may return the order for a full refund assuming they are unopened and in new condition.
FYI: if they have been opened or are damaged there will be a 20% restock fee.

Really? Wow. I resent the email saying i want a refund issued. Now it is a waiting game since customer service only responds a day later. I just want my refund for an order that was never received.Wiper for vw golf
Ordered blade and it’s been sitting at Oregon post office for over ten days. Emailed company and all I get is some automatic reply and excuse . Sorry, even with the pandemic other companies are getting their products out. No way to get in touch with them. May be cheaper but after they take your money and you get nothing for it, you feel as though you’ve been scammed. Not worth the trouble and dealing with callous replies. Very bad company
Rodney, Your order was delayed a long time, USPS took almost a month, in June of 2020 (during the COVID pandemic) from Portland Oregon to Brooklyn, NY. Again we're very sorry about that.
