Warranty Claim Issue
While looking for help with my warranty claim problem, I found this company. But unfortunately, my experience with them was not good at all. Even though my warranty was valid, they decided to play games by waiting out the time and then saying they were waiting on me. This is not professional or honest. After seeing other people's reviews with the same issues, it's clear this is a common thing for them. I did finally figure out the problem on my own, but that doesn't make up for their lack of responsibility and bad customer service. If you can, I suggest going somewhere else to avoid the trouble I had. Be careful as a buyer, do your research and read reviews before buying anything.
200 Super R
I recently got myself a 200 Super R from this dealership and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it overall. It did take a whole month for me to get the title I needed to get it licensed, which was longer than I would've preferred. But once I finally got everything sorted out and got it licensed, the 200 Super R has been running smoothly and is a real speed demon. The only hiccup I've had is with the high beam burning out the relay on the headlight. I had to replace that relay twice already, costing me 30 bucks each time. If it happens again, I'm thinking of setting up an override with a toggle switch. Despite that issue, the 200 Super R is a dependable ride that I really enjoy cruising around in.
Youth off-road vehicle
I bought this off-road vehicle for my kids from this company, and to be honest, I was pretty let down by the whole experience. It took way longer to arrive than they said it would, which was a bummer because I wanted it to be a surprise. Plus, they claimed it was 90% put together, but when I got it, it was more like 60% done. It ended up taking forever to finish assembling it before my kids could finally ride it.
Motor scooter purchase
I recently bought a motor scooter from this company and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. I paid extra for quick shipping, and it did arrive fast, so that was good. But it came without assembly instructions, which was annoying. I managed to put it together, but then ran into problems with the battery terminal that caused more issues. When I contacted customer service, they said they'd send me a new part, but the whole process has been a mess. They kept closing my ticket without replying, and when they finally made a shipping label, they forgot to actually send it. I had to take matters into my own hands and order the part from a different website. On top of all that, the scooter's quality wasn't even that great - there were broken parts and scuffed paint. Overall, it's been a big letdown and I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with the same hassle I did.
Recent motorcycle parts purchase
I just bought some motorcycle parts and the whole process was really smooth. The website was easy to use and I found exactly what I needed. The customer service was also super helpful when I had a question about my order. The parts came in great condition and were just what I was looking for. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this place to others.
Scooter purchase
I'm really disappointed with this company. I bought a scooter from them, but it came without a crucial spacer. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. They made me fill out a warranty request for the missing part, but after a week, I still hadn't heard anything. When I reached out again, they claimed the part was in the original shipment, which it wasn't. Trying to just buy the missing spacer was also a struggle. Now I'm out $1400 and stuck with a scooter that doesn't work.
boom vader 125
I should have listened to all the reviews posted about this company but I bought a new Vader 125 from them anyways and now regretting it.
the bike did arrive very quickly, but thats because it shipped from Southern California and I am just up in northern California so not far.
the bike arrived and didn't have any damage from what I could see. I put it all together which went smoothly. then on first start I noticed an oil leak coming from the stater cover on the very bottom by the metal number plate. then another leak started at the oil drain plug on the other side and then another from the other drain plug.
so I shut the bike off and let it cool down then made sure both drain bolts were nice and tight and that the side bolts on the stater cover were tight as well. everything was nice and tight so I fired it up again and after a few min it started leaking again. also saw exhaust fumes coming from one of the welds on the pipe.
so I shut it off again and contacted redfox and alerted them to the issues. they requested pictures and video of the leaks so I sent that to them. THEN they ask me to remove the entire engine and ship it back to them for warranty repair at MY COST!!!
I would have to pay for shipping and labor for this damaged engine they sold me which is insane. they refuse to take the bike back and they refuse to replace the bike or cover any cost of anything on this issue.
so basically I am stuck with a bike that has multiple leaks that I have no idea how to fix and have been told by a local riding community that it's an internal seal thats blown. so it basically has to go into a shop for repairs which will cost me even more money on a bike that I JUST bought.
so listen to the reviews and do NOT buy from this company, they don't care about you and will just take your money and will make you spend more to resolve any issues.
will now have to take them to small claims court which I didn't want to doMini quad
Stay FAR away from this company. We bought a mini quad for our daughter that just turned 6 years old, thought this would be good. It shipped late, we had to call the shipping company 3 times before it was delivered. THEN the quad was “ready to ride” with a flat tire off the bead, rear axle bent, front tires cambered in and both loose, chain falling off, handle bars loose and our daughter hasn’t even rode it yet! This company is so disappointing, I emailed the sales team and they want me to do things to this bike and fix it. Yeah, that isn’t going to happen I have no clue what to do. No apologies because if my partner didn’t look this bike over our 6 year old COULD have been in a serious accident. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
