Warranty Claim Issue
While looking for help with my warranty claim problem, I found this company. But unfortunately, my experience with them was not good at all. Even though my warranty was valid, they decided to play games by waiting out the time and then saying they were waiting on me. This is not professional or honest. After seeing other people's reviews with the same issues, it's clear this is a common thing for them. I did finally figure out the problem on my own, but that doesn't make up for their lack of responsibility and bad customer service. If you can, I suggest going somewhere else to avoid the trouble I had. Be careful as a buyer, do your research and read reviews before buying anything.

In my experience, the dietary supplements I bought were easy to take, which was nice. I've finished one bottle already, but haven't noticed any changes yet. Service Experience
My experience with this service was really disappointing. The website and app were so glitchy, I had to keep resetting my password just to get in. They knew about the issues but never fixed them. The prices were way too high for just sending the same letters over and over, and the results were minimal. It took them almost four months to remove just one item, and it was only successful because it was already out of collections. When I tried to cancel my subscription just two days after getting charged for a whole month, they wouldn't give me a refund. The supervisor I talked to was really rude and not helpful at all. He wouldn't listen to my concerns and insisted on charging me for work that wasn't even done yet.

I had a terrible time with this antivirus software. It just wouldn't update, leaving me vulnerable for over six months. When I called customer service for help, they just told me to wait for the next update, which was useless since the program couldn't update in the first place. It's been a year now, and the software is still messed up. I've gotten used to ignoring the notifications about it being broken, but it's annoying. I've had to mess with my firewall and other settings just to try to get it to work, but it's been a waste of time. I feel like I got ripped off and regret ever buying it. I should have gone with a different brand like Norton from the beginning.

I do like how the phone compartment is on the outside, that's a pretty smart and useful idea. But honestly, the purse as a whole is just kinda meh. The strap feels cheap, and the board between the compartments seems like it won't hold up well. And there really aren't enough card slots, which is a pain if you've got a bunch of cards to carry.
