    Lifetime subscription experience

    I recently bought a lifetime subscription, thinking it would be a good idea for my data storage needs. But you know, a few years down the line, my account got disabled and all my data was wiped out because the company randomly switched things up and wanted lifetime subscribers to start paying yearly. I tried to talk to their customer service a bunch of times, but nothing was fixed. I ended up losing not just my cash but all my important files too. It's really frustrating and just plain wrong to trick customers like that. I'd say be careful and steer clear of this sneaky stuff.

    My experience with the NBA Store was pretty disappointing. I got three shirts, but they were too small. The whole ordering thing was simple, but the sizing chart was off, and the shirts didn't fit right. Trying to send them back was a bummer because the return fee was way more than the shipping fee, ending up costing me 15.40€ just to send back three shirts.     I bought some weight loss stickers from this company, thinking they could help me out with my fitness goals. But I gotta say, the delivery process has been a bit of a letdown. The customer service was great and all, but the shipping took forever. I ordered the stickers on July 7th from Canada, and they didn't get shipped out until July 22nd. And here it is, August 3rd, and I'm still waiting on them. On the flip side, I ordered something else from a company in England and got it in a week.     My experience with this service was really disappointing. The website and app were so glitchy, I had to keep resetting my password just to get in. They knew about the issues but never fixed them. The prices were way too high for just sending the same letters over and over, and the results were minimal. It took them almost four months to remove just one item, and it was only successful because it was already out of collections. When I tried to cancel my subscription just two days after getting charged for a whole month, they wouldn't give me a refund. The supervisor I talked to was really rude and not helpful at all. He wouldn't listen to my concerns and insisted on charging me for work that wasn't even done yet.

    I had a terrible time with this antivirus software. It just wouldn't update, leaving me vulnerable for over six months. When I called customer service for help, they just told me to wait for the next update, which was useless since the program couldn't update in the first place. It's been a year now, and the software is still messed up. I've gotten used to ignoring the notifications about it being broken, but it's annoying. I've had to mess with my firewall and other settings just to try to get it to work, but it's been a waste of time. I feel like I got ripped off and regret ever buying it. I should have gone with a different brand like Norton from the beginning.

    Hey, so I'm a customer in Canada and I recently snagged some great deals on the US website during a clearance sale. When my order arrived, they charged me duty based on the regular full price instead of the sale price, making the duty bill almost three times what I originally paid. So, I decided to reject the order and disputed the duty charges, like the UPS delivery driver suggested. I spent the next 6 weeks calling and emailing UPS and the company to try to fix this mess, but no luck. UPS ended up sending the goods back. When I reached out to Talbots for help, they just told me to contact my local store for duty problem help, saying local employees knew more about local taxes. Didn't really help, because I think the rep was mixing up duty with sales taxes. When I asked to speak to a manager for more help, they said they'd call me back, but that never happened. And even after getting my stuff back, Talbots didn't communicate or give me a refund until I reached out to ask about it. Just a big headache, honestly.
