Review about: Dr. Prepare
All but non exsisting customer service
I purchased 4 12v 100ah batteries to solar power my water well. After about 6 weeks in service 2 of the batteries stopped charging. The only thing i get from customer service is one message a business day asking for more of the same videos. Extremely frustrating, i will not buy from them again. I have 2 200.00 paperweights.

I just bought some clothes from Hush at a store and I loved all the choices they had. I did order a pair of dungarees directly from Hush, but I haven't gotten them yet so I can't say much about them. However, I've always had good experiences with Hush in the past, so I'm really looking forward to getting my order.

That experience was terrible! The salesperson just wouldn't take no for an answer. I told him I only wanted a one-time set up, but he kept pushing for a year subscription. Then he got all upset and hung up on me. On top of that, he never even bothered to respond to my email. Customer service was the worst!

My kid's been messing around with this coding website for a while now, and let me tell you, I couldn't be more proud of the strides he's made. The way they've set up the lessons and challenges on there really got him hooked on coding, and he's been picking it up real fast. Trimmer
I'm really upset about the way this company handles their business. I just wanted to buy a trimmer, but they made me sign up for an expensive service too. On top of the high price for the trimmer, I have to pay a subscription fee every two months. And when I tried to cancel the subscription right after buying the trimmer, they told me I couldn't do that without canceling my order too. It's pretty sneaky of them to rely on customers forgetting about the subscription and keep paying for something they might not even want. It's just not right, and I think it's really dishonest and slimy.

I recently bought a bulletproof vest from this company and I was really let down by the prices and the lack of communication. I even paid more for priority fulfillment and shipping, but I still didn't have a clear idea of when my order would show up. When I left a bad review to share my frustration, they actually contacted me asking to change it to a positive one. No way! They didn't fix the problem and just gave me the runaround. Thankfully, I reached out to the manufacturer myself and got the item I wanted, with no extra cost for shipping. I definitely won't be doing business with them again.

Crochet kit
The crochet kit was awesome and had everything I needed to make some cool projects. The instructions were easy to follow, and I couldn't wait to start my first project. But, I ran into some issues with the app that came with the kit - it kept crashing and was frustrating to use. On top of that, a teacher friend told me that they don't treat teachers well. Teachers don't make much money, and after the first year, they don't even talk to their students. It's disappointing to hear that teachers are underpaid and students aren't a top priority. I hope things are better now, but I have my doubts.

tickets for Metalica 2023
I was disappointed that I tried to buy tickets from my phone for the Metallica show. I clicked on ticketmaster web link (so I thought) went through the process and once I looked at my email it said ticket smarter. I then read reviews really quick, went back to my phone and sure enough the address box had ticketsmarter. these guys are sneaky crooks. I have called my CC company and canceled this transaction due to the reviews, and lack of communication of ticketsmarter. If I buy tickets and spend over 2k with apparent insurance, I want my tickets before the day before. Definitely going to be more cautious of the bottom address box compared to the link I clicked on from here on out. Crooks!!!

boom vader 125
I should have listened to all the reviews posted about this company but I bought a new Vader 125 from them anyways and now regretting it.
the bike did arrive very quickly, but thats because it shipped from Southern California and I am just up in northern California so not far.
the bike arrived and didn't have any damage from what I could see. I put it all together which went smoothly. then on first start I noticed an oil leak coming from the stater cover on the very bottom by the metal number plate. then another leak started at the oil drain plug on the other side and then another from the other drain plug.
so I shut the bike off and let it cool down then made sure both drain bolts were nice and tight and that the side bolts on the stater cover were tight as well. everything was nice and tight so I fired it up again and after a few min it started leaking again. also saw exhaust fumes coming from one of the welds on the pipe.
so I shut it off again and contacted redfox and alerted them to the issues. they requested pictures and video of the leaks so I sent that to them. THEN they ask me to remove the entire engine and ship it back to them for warranty repair at MY COST!!!
I would have to pay for shipping and labor for this damaged engine they sold me which is insane. they refuse to take the bike back and they refuse to replace the bike or cover any cost of anything on this issue.
so basically I am stuck with a bike that has multiple leaks that I have no idea how to fix and have been told by a local riding community that it's an internal seal thats blown. so it basically has to go into a shop for repairs which will cost me even more money on a bike that I JUST bought.
so listen to the reviews and do NOT buy from this company, they don't care about you and will just take your money and will make you spend more to resolve any issues.

Julie Voss has some beautiful jewelry but it’s after sell customer service is non existent. They provide phone and email for customer care, which I’ve used 5 times to contact them with an issue or question. Not a single response back. Awful.

Car is great in great shape but FedEx is absolutely terrible. My package bounced around St Louis (30 mins from where I live) for SEVEN days. It kept going from one facility to the next then to Alton (where I live) then back to St Louis and Earth City (suburb of St Louis). Every time I called FedEx (4 times) they said I should call USPS (because it was to be handed off to them for final delivery) but the 2 times I called USPS they said there was nothing they could do because they did not have possession of the item (I understand and agree). There is no reason I should have to call that many times and deal with that frustration. EVERY time they blamed covid19 but there is no excuse for the package bouncing around from one of their facilities to the next....that's NOT due to the virus that's due to their failure as a company. I have worked in shipping and receiving for almost 20 years and see the same type of failures from them on a regular basis. I rarely have issues with UPS and occasionally with USPS but FedEx would prevent me from buying from you again. I have not left feedback yet as I wanted to cool off first. If I could choose no stars on delivery I would.

I had a gr8 experience with Trainz. But I also fully understand about the FedEx shipping mishap. I too, have had issues with them too. You could clearly see, it was a total mishandling of package. It hurts the sellers.
