    Being a newbie to this service, I gotta admit I was bummed to see my box all beat up when it arrived. But hey, shoutout to the quick and efficient customer service team! I snapped a pic and shot them a quick email about the issue, and within a day, they had it all sorted out. No waiting on hold or dealing with any extra hassle. I gotta give props to the company for stepping up and taking care of the problem, even though it wasn't entirely their fault.     I just bought a 6-month subscription for my nephew and niece, but I screwed up the delivery address. Instead of sending it to my nephew, who lives a couple provinces away, it got delivered to my house. I was stressing out about how to fix it, but when I reached out to customer service, they were so helpful. They got back to me right away and fixed the address for future shipments. And on top of that, they sent a replacement package to my nephew. I was really thankful for their awesome customer service.

    I just signed up for a craft kit subscription and I was so pumped to start getting my monthly creativity fix. But then, when I was about to check out, they said I'd get a discount if I gave them my email for promo emails. But, when I looked at my order, no discount was applied! So, I got kind of annoyed and decided to contact customer service to explain what happened. To my surprise, they got back to me super fast and gave me a credit to make up for the missing discount. Even though it was a bummer at first, I was really impressed with how quick and on top of things the customer service team was.

    STEM subscription box for children

    I've been getting the STEM subscription box for my kids for about three years and I have to say, it's been totally worth it. The activities are super well-thought-out and perfect for their age, keeping them busy and learning at the same time. The toys are really well-made and once they are put together, my kids can't get enough of playing with them.     I just bought a gift subscription for my grandkids and let me tell you, I am so impressed with the customer service from this company. I was worried about my granddaughter getting the same crates if she had more than one subscription, but the customer service rep quickly took care of all my concerns. It was nice to hear about all the steps the company takes to prevent that from happening. My grandkids really enjoy the Kiwi crates they get - they think they're fun, cool, and come with everything they need. I can definitely say that getting these crates as a gift for kids is always a great idea.

    Six-month renewal price inquiry

    I just asked about how much it would be to renew my subscription for six months, shipping included. Whoever got back to me was super nice and gave me all the info I needed. Seeing the costs broken down, taxes and all, was really helpful and stopped me from cancelling because I wasn't sure how much it would all add up to. A little tip - making the renewal costs easy to find on the account page would be a good idea. By the way, my kid really loves those Tinker Crates, and I'm grateful for the awesome customer service.

    What a concept,great vision,big mission to educate ,makes kids creative ,no products can be better then these products.I came to know about KiwiCo from my kids school .But what is problem if I provide such creative and innovative toys at home. As per their (kids) interest they choose Atlas Line and Kiwi Crate .What a feeling and matter of great pleasure kids are in playing time but actually they are not playing .Well time updates, guidance and topic booster making them confident.Now facilities at home and school both..So as a happy parents,we thankful to Kiwi.
    This is priceless , their coordination is highly appreciated,they are not only sellers ,also a booster.
