Two bras
I recently bought two bras from this store and even though I got a good deal, they just didn't fit right. I have a small chest, and the crossover style was irritating under my armpits. The bra itself was too tight for my liking. However, I was pleased with how easy it was to return them and the great customer service I got. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick in processing my return, and that really impressed me. Even though the bras didn't work for me this time, I'd think about buying from them again in the future.

Subscription renewal issue
I had a bad experience with renewing my subscription on Houzz. I was a customer for 2 years but didn't see any benefits, so I wanted to cancel. Houzz sent me an email confirming my cancellation, but they still renewed my contract without asking me. They even ignored my request to cancel and kept charging me. This is dishonest and feels like a scam. I suggest others avoid using their services.

This website is seriously my go-to spot for buying Spanish wine! The prices are amazing, it's like scoring a deal at the grocery store. I recently bought a dress from this website. The website itself is pretty easy to use, but I ran into a problem when I tried to order. I wanted to double-check my choice and the shipping fees before placing my order. However, I was a bit surprised to get an email confirming my purchase shortly after looking around. I don't remember hitting the confirm button, but it looks like my credit card info was still used and the order went through. Now I'm waiting to see the dress quality when it arrives. Wow, I can't believe it! I bought a duvet and when it showed up, there was this huge hole in it. I tried to get in touch with customer service on Twitter and Facebook, but nobody even got back to me. My experience with that virtual phone service I bought was super disappointing. The stuff they promised when they were trying to sell it to me was nowhere to be seen once I actually signed up and paid. The customer service was basically non-existent, with long wait times and people who weren't helpful at all. It felt like a total scam and a complete waste of my time and money. The fact that there was no call recording or other basic functions made me feel like I was stuck in the past, with a service that couldn't keep up. Overall, my experience was really terrible and I wouldn't recommend this virtual phone service to anyone.

Log Trolley too wide
I bought a log trolley from this supplier not long ago. It arrived quickly, within a day, and was packed well with all the parts needed to put it together on my own. However, when I assembled it, I ran into a big problem. Most wood burners use ten-inch logs, but the trolley ended up being twelve inches wide when fully put together. This difference made the trolley pretty much useless for what I needed it for, unless I made some major changes to it.

The customer service from this company is amazing. They were so quick to help and really paid attention to any problems I had. They always did more than expected to fix things, even when it wasn't their fault. They definitely deserve a perfect 5-star rating just for that.
