Clothing
I was really happy with my recent experience shopping online with this retailer. At first, I was worried because my order was taking longer than expected to arrive, but it eventually showed up and everything was the right size and in good condition. Even though the tracking info didn't really explain the delay, I get that with everything going on, mail services are kind of messed up right now. I'm sorry for leaving that bad review before, and I take back anything harsh I might have said in the heat of the moment.

Hi there. I order 6 t-shirts and 2 shorts. Okay everyone will have on opinion, and size!! Speaking of materials and colors I like it! Quality is amazing I will order more stuff from Blaroken for sure!! Friendly advise, before criticizing some one quality you can order/one or two/ size ... than you actual size. Shirt and sweatshirt purchase
I got my order from Blaroken and was totally surprised by how fast it came. The shirts and sweatshirt fit just right after I washed them, and they feel super comfy and look great. The quality was even better than I expected, and I'm really happy with what I got. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more after this awesome experience.
Vintage compass T-Shirt and Templars Faith Long-Sleeve Shirt
Well, received my shirts as promised, and size I ordered. Maybe China sizes run a size smaller than U.S. I'm still going to wear them. The prints on both are exceptional and vibrant and they are exactly what I wanted. No lies here. Dang, I'm sorry if anyone has had problems with their orders. I have to give this company an honest 5 stars.
Clothing
Seriously, do not even think about buying anything from this place. I ordered some clothes and what I got was a disaster. The package came from some shady address in Las Vegas and I had to pay for fake shipping. On top of that, the item I got was completely not what I ordered. When I tried to contact customer service, they were useless. It took like ten emails going back and forth just for them to say no to giving me a refund. The address they have listed online is fake and the phone number doesn't even work. It's a total scam. Do yourself a favor and steer clear unless you're into wasting your hard-earned cash.
Shoes purchased
This company is just the worst. Their customer service is nonexistent. And when you finally reach them, they have no idea what they're doing and can't help at all. They're clueless about your order and just focus on useless stuff. I'd recommend staying far away from them and not buying anything.
Cute clothes
OMG, I am totally in love with the clothes at this store! They have, like, the perfect style that totally matches my taste. I mean, seriously, who wouldn't want to shop here?! I'll for sure be coming back to buy more because this place is, like, the bomb! Thanks a ton, Blaroken, for having such amazing clothes! 💃🛍💖
Assorted items in-store
My recent trip to the store was great! They had a ton of stuff to choose from and the designs were so cool. But, I really wished they had a mobile app so I could shop on my phone. Even with that little issue, the staff was super nice and helpful. The prices were fair and my purchase was delivered quickly, which was awesome.
Terrible quality clothes
I bought these tops last month and they're just not right. The fabric feels so cheap and scratchy, plus the size I got is two sizes too big! I tried to return them, but the website was all messed up and customer service is impossible to reach. I've been waiting forever for a response, it's really getting on my nerves!
Jacket
I bought a jacket from this company recently, and it was a total nightmare. The whole thing was frustrating and disappointing. First off, I couldn't get any clear answers about where my order was. The customer service team didn't seem to know anything and wasn't very helpful, which made me feel like they didn't care about my concerns. Then, when the jacket finally showed up, it was low quality and not like how it was described online. And when I saw that my credit card was charged as "Dining Out" instead of clothes, I should have known something was fishy right away. Overall, I really suggest that people steer clear of this company.
Jacket purchase
This company is totally fake. I bought a jacket two months ago and it still hasn't shown up. When I contacted the seller, they just said to be patient, but I know that's not true. I even had to go to PayPal to try and get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs.
Unfulfilled order
I bought something from this place but my order never showed up. They said they shipped it, but I never got it. When I asked for the tracking number, they were no help and wouldn't give it to me. It's annoying dealing with a company that takes your money but doesn't come through on their part. It's been months and they still haven't fixed the problem.
Fleece-lined sweatshirt
I bought this fleece-lined sweatshirt from the store the other day, and man, let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. What I got was not at all like what I saw in the picture online. Instead of a nice, thick sweatshirt, I ended up with this flimsy thing made out of some shiny, super thin material. It honestly looked more like a theater costume than a comfy sweatshirt. I decided to just donate it to Goodwill in the end.
Brown jacket and motorcycle jeans
I recently bought a brown jacket and a pair of motorcycle jeans from this company, but I was really let down by my experience. The stuff I got didn't match up to what was shown in the pictures on the website at all. The brown jacket looked all thick and nice in the photo, but in reality, it was thin and poorly put together. And those motorcycle jeans? They were supposed to have extra padding and rubberized stuff around the knees, but what I got was just some flimsy cotton pants with printed details that kinda looked like what I wanted. Overall, the quality of the items was way below what I was hoping for, so I'm not planning on buying from them again.
Incorrect order substitution
I ordered five things but only got two right items. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare, they're just trying to give you tiny refunds. Be careful if you're thinking about ordering from this company.
Leather jacket purchase
Don't bother spending your money here if you're looking for real leather. I thought I was getting a leather jacket, but surprise, it was actually some weird plastic they call "PU." And forget about getting your money back - all they give you is store credit. The quality was awful, just like the cheap price. It was pretty much garbage.
Jacket and shirts order
