clothing
I ordered size 2 men's clothing, the items were delivered a month late, the measurements were too small and the quality was not as described.
I asked for my money back. I was told to return them to a hub. In doing so, Blaroken just keeps sending me charged-off statements.
Even though the bank contacted Blaroken, they still, kept the clothing and refused to refund my money.Jackets
Ordered 10 black tactical jackets, recieved 6 black and 4 tan deisgner jackets, got the run around when tried to get refund, STAY AWAY!!!!
6-7 T-shirts + 1 Sw-shirt
I ordered Men's XL size on all items. The Sw-shirt and long sleeve T were both so small they fit my mother who is under 100 pounds and wears a Wonen's Sm-M. One of the shirts had the design (Playing card) printed 3-4 inches too low on the shirt, gap at the top near the neckline. That same shirt was so long it covered my pockets on my pants. Another shirt was so short that if i shrugged my shoulders my belly would show. One of the shirts is marked XL but can't be more than a Small. The print quality seems ok for a Dye-sub. The fabric is also different on some of the shirts even though the website doesn't describe this. Product Quality is below average. Great pics on the website but less than expected when you get the products. The sizing is all over the range and not consistent.

Men's T-Shirt and pants.
On Dec 7, we ordered a men's T-Shirt, Jesus Saved My Life, and a pair of men's camouflage pants. They arrived on Jan 18. The T-Shirt was printed BACKWARDS!! The snaps on the pants are broken. These items are, indeed, the worst quality I've ever ordered online from any store.
Leather jacket
SCAM...stay away. The product you receive is nothing lile they show on their website. They will not even refund. Rather use the money to wipe your ... with. More useful
5 shirts
Stay away from this company. The website and product photos look great, but I guarantee you will not like the quality of the product when you get it. I ordered 5 shirts and when I got them, the material was very shiny, thin and felt cheap. They say you can return for any reason, but it's a lie. There will be no return label or a return address for you to ship it to. When you contact them, they will not provide a return address. Complete scam company. You've been warned.
Coat and socks
This company is a scam!! Do not buy from them. When ordering I did not know it was coming from a slow boat from China and I never recieved the order!! There is no customer service phone number to call and they do not respond to repeated online customer emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mens Fleece Jackets
Unfortunately, I will never order from this place again. I ordered some jackets that never came and they sent totally different jackets in their place. Needless to say, I didn't like the jackets and they wanted to have me pay the return price which I didn't feel was fair. I took this up with my credit card company and Blaroken fought the dispute and the credit card company didn't reverse the charge sadly. I am exhausted with fighting this so I am done. Never again.
I bought t shirts
I bought 5 items total. Two long sleeve shirts fit and were fine. All three t shirts do not match up with US sizes. One L sized shirt is smaller than the M sized shirt they sent me. None of the t shirts came close to fitting. For two weeks I have tried to get items exchanged. I now receive dead air. Do not spend your money here. THE worst service I've ever run into purchasing on line.
3 t shirts
DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Ordered 3 shirts. Received them and 2 of them were ok, but the third was not even the size I ordered, it wouldn't have fit a newborn. Instead of fixing their mistake, they offered me a $5 refund. They said I can ship it back to China for a refund which will cost you more than the shirt is worth if you ship from the US. So basically they think they've got you but I'm reporting them to my credit card company.

2XL jacket
Do Not purchase from this company. The 2XL Jacket barely fit my teenage daughter. Extremely poor quality and pockets described in the site were just zippers sewn on as decoration.

Hoodie
They sent me the wrong item completely. The hoodie they sent me isn’t even on their website?
They refuse to pay for shipping for me to return the item and refuse to give me
a refund and also refuse to send me the item I ordered.

SIZING way off.3 pair of shorts
It is easy to order from Blaroken but nearly impossible to receive your goods in a timely manner. Advertised order and shipping time is a joke! I received my order approximately 40 days after ordering not the 14 days advertised. If that is not bad enough, one of the items came in without pockets. After dozens of emails to their "customer service" department, they asked me to ship the defective pair back to China. Then when I decided to dispute the one pair and told them so, the next day I received a refund for the defective item. I had indicated I would not ship to China at my expense and asked for a prepaid return. The refund came with a note that they do not issue prepaid returns to china because the cost is too high. But they wanted me to incur the high cost until I refused.
The product does not look exactly like the picture on line, mostly the fabric used. The goods come without washing instructions or fabric content. Despite my asking at least 3 times for that information, they never responded to that question.
All-in-all, I will never do business with this company again and consider the experience a waste of time and energy not to mention the frustration of dealing of their customer service organization.T shirts

Received the wrong size and design of tee shirt then asked to pay return postage. If I had know I was dealing with a China company probably wouldn't have bothered. In the end too expensive and poor service. Will not be using again. The pictures of the products do not reflect what you actually get. Typical China.
T-shirt
Do not buy... Received the wrong size, they gave me the option to either return it but I had to pay shipping ( send back to China from Canada) and get a web credit for 9$ for something I paid $20+ or a refund of 6$ less original shipping cost..
It was shipped wrong from their warehouse but they do no own their mistakes...Where was that my fault?.

I suppose I should have been alerted when they responded to my request for an exchange of the items for a smaller size, by offering me self-serving options including keeping the items and paying additional money to receive the desired sizes. I found it disrespectful and shady. I'm extremely disappointed in how difficult it is to simply get the right articles. It's unfortunate when dealing with less than scrupulous dealers.
