6-month subscription
I just bought a 6-month subscription for my nephew and niece, but I screwed up the delivery address. Instead of sending it to my nephew, who lives a couple provinces away, it got delivered to my house. I was stressing out about how to fix it, but when I reached out to customer service, they were so helpful. They got back to me right away and fixed the address for future shipments. And on top of that, they sent a replacement package to my nephew. I was really thankful for their awesome customer service.

Incorrect wiper blades purchased
Man, I totally messed up and got the wrong wiper blades. I didn't even know there was a "cherokee" and a "grand Cherokee." But the customer service was on it and totally understood. I'm thankful for their patience and help in getting me the right blades. I'm excited to go back and grab the correct ones!

Waterproof sunshade
I ordered this really big sunshade for my backyard to stay cool in the hot summer days, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to stay tight and it was all saggy in the middle. I even bought the extra kit they offered, but it didn't do anything to help. And now, trying to return it is just a huge headache. I've been going back and forth with emails forever and I still don't know where I'm supposed to send it back. I don't think I'll ever see my money again. Customer service has been absolutely terrible. I definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

Nike Barrage shoes
