6-month subscription
I just bought a 6-month subscription for my nephew and niece, but I screwed up the delivery address. Instead of sending it to my nephew, who lives a couple provinces away, it got delivered to my house. I was stressing out about how to fix it, but when I reached out to customer service, they were so helpful. They got back to me right away and fixed the address for future shipments. And on top of that, they sent a replacement package to my nephew. I was really thankful for their awesome customer service.

Incorrect wiper blades purchased
Man, I totally messed up and got the wrong wiper blades. I didn't even know there was a "cherokee" and a "grand Cherokee." But the customer service was on it and totally understood. I'm thankful for their patience and help in getting me the right blades. I'm excited to go back and grab the correct ones!

When I finally got my Bistro dish set, I was so pumped! But then, I opened it up and found some broken plates. Bummer, right? But Daemon totally saved the day by getting those damaged plates replaced in no time. Super thankful for the awesome customer service and quick fix to the problem.

Nike Barrage shoes
I just got myself a pair of Nike Barrage shoes from this store and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. These shoes are top-notch quality and the design is just amazing. I rocked them out yesterday and got so many compliments. It honestly felt like I was a celebrity walking down the red carpet with all the attention I was getting. I am beyond happy with my purchase from this store.

Christmas gift order
I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a Christmas gift in early December and was told it would arrive before Christmas. But that didn't happen - in fact, it never showed up. When I contacted customer service, they said it would be delayed until mid-January. Then they kept pushing the delivery date back to mid-February and mid-March, but it never came. I got so fed up that I asked to cancel the order on February 28th, but I still haven't gotten my money back. Every time I talk to customer service, they promise a refund but nothing happens. I even tried going to the Better Business Bureau, but all the company did was make more empty promises. It's been really frustrating dealing with them - they don't take any responsibility and aren't transparent at all about the refund process.

I just got the RaceChip S for my 2020 Veloster Turbo DCT and it really surprised me with how well it improved my ride. Installing it was a piece of cake, thanks to the easy instructions they gave. After only a couple of days of driving, I could feel a big change in my car's performance - the boost kicked in quicker and the acceleration was way better. Shirt dress purchase
I recently splurged on a shirt dress from this company, spending over $100, thinking it would be a great addition to my wardrobe. Unfortunately, after washing it to stay safe during COVID, the dress ended up with a huge hole in the front. When I tried to get help from customer service, they took forever to respond and didn't seem to care at all. It took a whole week before I finally got a human rep to talk to me, only for them to say they couldn't take the dress back because it was a final sale item and I had washed it. In the middle of a pandemic, you'd think washing your clothes before wearing them would be a good thing, not a reason to lose your chance to return something. The dress material was cheap and the customer service was even worse. I won't be giving this company any more of my business.
