Pack of 3 skirts, recycled yarn, and knitting needles
My experience with this company was kind of a mixed bag. I got a pack of 3 skirts and even though the quality was good, I was bummed to see that 2 of them were in ugly colors. Then, I tried out their recycled yarn and it was decent, but they only gave me a small amount. I could only make a headband with it. And to make matters worse, the knitting needles they gave me as a 'mystery gift' weren't that great - advertised as purple, the color started chipping off after just a few stitches, showing plain wood underneath.

Cold pressed organic smoothies for kids
As a parent, I've been buying cold pressed organic smoothies for my kids for about 3 years now. I really trust the ingredients and love that they're cold pressed. It's awesome to have so many options to pick from, and I feel good knowing they're organic and healthy for my children. I especially like that they don't have any weird stuff like Sunflower that other brands may have.

Subscription box, Great customer service
Can we just pause for a sec and give a shoutout to some top-notch customer service? So I had this little hiccup with my order, but let me tell ya, the folks at this company were simply amazing. Like, seriously – they were super patient, knew their stuff, and didn't waste any time getting back to me. Before I knew it, my shipping address was fixed and I got the green light that everything was good to go. It's such a breath of fresh air to come across such stellar service when you're cruising the online shopping scene. Here's to that, right? Cheers!

$80 top
I just spent 80 bucks on this top from the store, but when I got it, it wasn't what I was expecting at all. So I called customer service to try and get it sorted out, but they were not making it easy. It took three phone calls just to finally get some answers, even though they promised to call back. Long story short, I was pretty let down by the whole thing and I'd tell others to think twice before shopping there.

I've been a fan of this brand for years, buying and wearing their awesome quality capsule wardrobe pieces. The Friends of (Brand) program is so great, giving loyal customers free delivery and returns. The shipping is always super quick and smooth, making shopping easy. I'm a very happy customer and plan to stick with this brand for a long time.

Hyped up disappointment
At first glance, the clothes might seem stylish, but don't let that fool you. The quality is honestly not great, with bad stitching and cheap materials that don't last long. I got a shirt from this brand a year ago, and it already has holes, even though I didn't wear it that much. Plastic buttons? Come on now. I've seen that Zara has similar styles for way cheaper, and the quality is better. In my view, this brand is getting too much hype and needs to do better or stop altogether. Just not worth the high price.
