I bought this cute mother of pearl pendant necklace back in November 2021 for about 80 bucks. I was super excited about it, but then after wearing it only three times, it totally fell apart on me. So, I decided to shoot them an email about it, sending pictures of what happened, but no luck. They basically just brushed me off, didn't offer to help fix it, replace it, or even give me a discount on something else. They said it was on me since I wore it more than they thought I should have. It was a bummer dealing with them and not getting any real help or solution to the problem.
Twist knot sweatshirt purchase on sale
I bought this twist knot sweatshirt on sale, and man, was I let down. The material was super cheap feeling, and the construction of the whole thing was just not up to par. Even though I only paid $20 for it on sale, it was originally priced at $118 - and let me tell you, it still wasn't worth it. It felt more like something you'd find at a bargain store, not from a high-quality retailer like where I got it. Sadly, it's headed right for my giveaway pile.

Hey, just a heads up that there's a fake website called karenkanes.com trying to trick people into thinking it's the real deal, karenkane.com. So, make sure you're on the right site before you buy anything. Stay alert and always double-check the URL to avoid getting scammed by shady websites.
Long wait, no tracking, bad quality
I had to wait forever for my order to arrive, and there was no way to track it! I really needed my stuff for something crucial, and it showed up way later than expected. And when I finally got it, the quality was terrible considering the price I paid! I wrote some honest reviews to warn others, but now they're not letting me share them. Can you believe that?
Wrap dress purchase
I just bought a wrap dress from this brand and it was a total letdown. It just didn't look good on me and the fit was all wrong. On top of that, I had to pay for shipping and taxes to get it, and then again to return it. It ended up not being worth the $22 I spent just to try it on. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.
Final sale items
I bought some final sale items from this company in hopes of sprucing up my wardrobe, but unfortunately, when the items arrived, they didn't fit right or look as good on me as I had hoped. I contacted customer service about exchanging them for a bigger size, but the service I got was just awful. The supervisor, Alex, wouldn't budge on the company's final sale policy and didn't even bother to follow up with me like he said he would. It was a really disappointing experience that left me feeling frustrated and let down.
Two jackets with overnight shipping
I recently bought two jackets and paid extra for overnight shipping so I could have them for an important event. But the service was disappointing. I ordered on a Friday night/Saturday morning and tried to confirm the delivery would be on time, but was told they wouldn't even start processing the jackets until Monday. This meant I wouldn't get them until Tuesday or Wednesday, way after I needed them. When I asked for a refund on the overnight shipping that didn't come through, they said no. It's not right for a company to promise overnight shipping, charge more for it, and then not deliver as promised. Because of this, I won't be buying from them again.
Soft sweaters, crumpled top
I bought these super soft sweaters, but they got all wonky after I washed 'em inside out. They're still cozy, but now they look all funky. And then I got this other top that looked promising, but it snagged the first time I wore it. Even after dry cleaning, it's still all crumpled. I won't be shopping there again.
$80 top
I just spent 80 bucks on this top from the store, but when I got it, it wasn't what I was expecting at all. So I called customer service to try and get it sorted out, but they were not making it easy. It took three phone calls just to finally get some answers, even though they promised to call back. Long story short, I was pretty let down by the whole thing and I'd tell others to think twice before shopping there.
Overnight delivery mishap
I ordered something for a special event and paid extra for overnight delivery, hoping it would get here on time. But it ended up being late. I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund on the rush shipping, and they weren't very helpful. It was really irritating to feel like they didn't care about my experience, especially since I had spent a lot of money on their stuff.
Basic and boring clothing
I recently bought some clothes from this brand and I gotta say, I was super let down. The clothes were so plain and boring, there was hardly anything that stood out to me. It's like they're stuck in the past with the same old styles year after year. I can't believe they've been around for so long with such unimpressive stuff. I've shopped there before, but I always end up regretting it.
