Dress purchase
I recently ordered a dress online that was on sale, but when it arrived, it was way too small even though I got my usual size. The company didn't want to give me a refund or let me exchange it, even though the size was clearly marked wrong. Their response was so impersonal and not helpful at all, so now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit. It's really annoying to have to pay for something that's not right and not get any help from their customer service. I used to really like their stuff, but I won't buy from them again after this.

Waterproof winter jacket
I loved the jacket I got for my kid from this place. It kept them cozy and dry on our ski trip. The quality was top-notch, and the style was really nice too. Rings
I went to get some rings and the people seemed nice at first, but then they messed up the sizes and had to redo everything. They fixed some things, but then messed up other things. The rings look good, but the accent stones are too small and the metal bands feel strange. At least the main pieces are pretty like I originally wanted.

Mother of pearl pendant necklace purchase
I bought this cute mother of pearl pendant necklace back in November 2021 for about 80 bucks. I was super excited about it, but then after wearing it only three times, it totally fell apart on me. So, I decided to shoot them an email about it, sending pictures of what happened, but no luck. They basically just brushed me off, didn't offer to help fix it, replace it, or even give me a discount on something else. They said it was on me since I wore it more than they thought I should have. It was a bummer dealing with them and not getting any real help or solution to the problem.
