Baby and Dad Portrait
I ordered this really neat portrait of me and my dad and it was supposed to be sketched out by hand and then colored digitally to look like watercolor. Sounds amazing, huh? But here's the thing - when I finally got to see the proof, it was basically just my photo with some black lines added. Like, are you kidding me? I could have easily done that myself on some free app! Naturally, I asked for a refund but they made it such a hassle. They even had the nerve to send a winking emoji along with it. Seriously, what's up with that?
Print order, 70 GBP
I ordered this awesome print and was so pumped for it to get here on express delivery. But then they didn't give me a delivery date until after I ordered, and turns out it wasn't gonna come until the next day. I tried emailing them to ask what's up, but they didn't give me much of an explanation.
Personalized children's book
I just bought a personalized children's book for my grandson's first birthday, and let me tell you, I was so happy with how it turned out! The quality of the book was top-notch, the illustrations were gorgeous, and the story was just lovely. I can totally see this book becoming a special keepsake for years to come. I recently bought a framed print from this website to give my home decor a personal touch. The print was good, but the oak frame quality was disappointing. There were visible planer marks and the finish was not great. I contacted customer service to share my disappointment and after sending photos of the prints, I didn't hear back. I tried reaching out via email and phone multiple times, but the lack of response was frustrating and unprofessional. In the end, I don't think the frame was worth the price I paid.

Color block portrait for Father's Day gift
I'm a happy customer of this service in the United States. I bought a hand-drawn color block portrait for my husband's first Father's Day and it came out amazing. Personalized candle order
I recently bought two custom candles and while I thought they were great, I had some problems with how they were shipped and the company's communication. The candles came in two different boxes which caused issues with customs since I don't live in the UK. Because of delays, I didn't get an invoice with the VAT, so I had to pay extra processing fees. At first, I had a hard time reaching customer service because they were dealing with some changes in their systems and took a long time to reply. But when they finally did, they were really sorry and understanding. They offered to refund me 50% of my order, which I thought was fair and appreciated.

With a team of craftsmen, Letter fest makes its print with the use of Epson archival inks. Slates, stones, stationery, fabric, among others are printed upon, and designs on the online store are sorted by ‘All’, By occasion, by products, by person, and by interest.

Where you are shopping by interest, there is the option to select from gardening gifts to those for sports lovers, cooking, and kitchen gifts, amongst others. Shipping Policies on Letter fest
Delivery times vary depending on the item that has been bought, and ‘Express Delivery’ is only available for some. Where the gift is terracotta engraved, Letter fest says delivery happens within 5 to 7 working days, Art prints within two days, and books within 3 days. Where the order is from the U.K, the flat shipping rate is 3 Pounds. Where it is an international order, however, the cost starts from 10 Pounds.
Returns Policies on Letter fest
Replacements are promised by Letter fest where there are damages, but these damages must be made known to Letter fest by e-mail and within 48 hours of receiving the item.
This is the only situation where refunds may be given, and only where the damage was not done by you. The return address is Vicarage Lawn, Barnstaple, North Devon, EX32 7BN, GB.
