Personalized product with excellent customer service
I just ordered something custom from this company and I have to say, the customer service was top notch. I messed up the delivery address but they fixed it right away and made sure my order got to the right place. The product itself was really good quality and the personal touch made it even better. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone who wants special and one-of-a-kind gifts.
Baby books for Grand daughter
OMG, I found the most adorable baby books for my new baby cousin! They're seriously so pretty and the pictures are just amazing. I'm super excited to give them to her and see her enjoy them as she gets older. I'm totally going to get her more for birthdays and holidays because they're such a special gift that she'll love forever!
Book purchase
I gotta say, the ordering process at this shop was super easy. I put in my order and right away got a confirmation, then soon after an email saying my item was on its way. And get this - it showed up at my door just two days later, and let me tell you, it was a really nice book. The person I gave it to was thrilled with it.
Customized book with slight issue
I just bought this really awesome book that I customized! Ordering everything was a breeze, but ran into a little snag. The town I wanted to include had two words in it, like "Maple Hill," and I couldn't split them up. It's not a huge deal, but it would be great if they could fix that for next time!

Letter fest was established in 2008 in Devon, England, and is devoted to the making of personalized gifts to the complete satisfaction of the customer. With a team of craftsmen, Letter fest makes its print with the use of Epson archival inks. Slates, stones, stationery, fabric, among others are printed upon, and designs on the online store are sorted by ‘All’, By occasion, by products, by person, and by interest.

Plant pots, children's books, portraits, home décor, and pottery are amongst the wide variety of items on which engravings are made. The ‘occasions’ as can be selected on Letter fest includes Mother’s Day, child christening, a wedding ceremony.
Gifts are also available for companionship, and gifts for friends would include: location coordinates stone, favorite words in print, an engraved heart pottery plate. Where you are shopping by interest, there is the option to select from gardening gifts to those for sports lovers, cooking, and kitchen gifts, amongst others. So Letter fest is a gift store, and if you are looking for clothes to gift a friend, Letter fest is not the place to be.
Shipping Policies on Letter fest
Delivery times vary depending on the item that has been bought, and ‘Express Delivery’ is only available for some. Where the gift is terracotta engraved, Letter fest says delivery happens within 5 to 7 working days, Art prints within two days, and books within 3 days. Where the order is from the U.K, the flat shipping rate is 3 Pounds. Where it is an international order, however, the cost starts from 10 Pounds.
Returns Policies on Letter fest
Replacements are promised by Letter fest where there are damages, but these damages must be made known to Letter fest by e-mail and within 48 hours of receiving the item.
This is the only situation where refunds may be given, and only where the damage was not done by you. The return address is Vicarage Lawn, Barnstaple, North Devon, EX32 7BN, GB.
