Shirt purchase for school event
I can't believe it, I'm so upset! The shirt I got for my school event was nothing like the pictures on the website. It looked so nice and high-quality in the photos, but in real life, it's super cheap and shiny. Honestly, it's not worth the money I paid for it at all. I wish Instagram would stop them from advertising, for real.

Return shipping issue
If you're looking to return something you bought, be prepared to pay extra for shipping. I had a rough time trying to return something that didn't fit right because the cost of sending it back overseas was crazy. It felt like insult to injury after already paying for the item. The product was okay, but the return was a headache. Customer service was helpful, but the pricey return shipping was a bummer. Definitely think hard before making that purchase!

The products were really good quality, and I really liked all the organic snacks and ingredients they had. The prices were a little high compared to other brands, which was kind of a bummer. Ordering was easy, but the delivery took longer than I thought it would. Even with those little problems, I still think it's worth giving their products a try because they're fresh and sustainable.

Windows 10 Pro keys
I just got two Windows 10 Pro keys from this site cause I was having problems with another one. The keys both work great and I'm happy with them. But, I did get a Windows Home key by mistake for the second one. I contacted customer service and they helped me out fast and fixed the problem. Overall, I had a good experience and I'll definitely think about using this site again for any Windows license stuff I need.

Online order issue
I tried to buy some things online, and the website said they had them in stock. But then, they canceled my order because they claimed they were out of stock. I called the store but they didn't pick up and even hung up on me. How rude! Then I reached out to customer service, but all they did was tell me to check availability, even though the site clearly said it was in stock. It's all so confusing and annoying!

I contacted this organization months ago about a delayed order. The
original order was made in APRIL. I contacted their organization and was
told it would be delivered in the beginning of July (I was only told it was
going to be delayed when I reached out to them; no one reached out to me).
Here we are, at the END of July and still no communication from this
organization to when this will be received. I’m a pretty forgiving person
by this customer service is abysmal. I don’t want to wait half a year for a purchase; that
ridiculous.
