One-way Amsterdam to Chicago flight
I just booked a one-way flight from Amsterdam to Chicago for me and my wife. The whole thing went super smoothly, and FlightGuru hooked us up with a direct flight that we couldn't find anywhere else. Our flight was on KLM and lasted about 8 hours, which was just right for what we needed. Plus, FlightGuru's deal about giving us a refund if the price drops within 24 hours of booking saved us an extra $327. All in all, it was a great experience!

I just bought something and paid extra for it to arrive on a specific day, but when my order arrived, one item was missing. I called customer service to ask about it, and they told me that the item went out of stock after I placed my order. I was kind of bummed that they didn't let me know it was out of stock before sending my order out. They did promise they wouldn't charge me for the missing item, but I'll have to double-check with my bank to be sure.

Handmade t-shirt purchase
Don't let that "local seller" tag fool you, this shirt definitely wasn't made in Ontario, Canada like they claimed. The shipping cost was way too cheap, and I didn't get any tracking info for over two weeks. Plus, the tag sewn into the shirt didn't say anything about it being made in Canada and it was missing the required French labeling. And on top of all that, they didn't even charge sales tax, which just adds to my suspicion that this shirt wasn't made locally. Overall, pretty disappointing experience.

Man, I was so bummed out by my experience with this brand. I snagged a coat on sale, only to get an email two days later saying it was sold out. Talk about a major letdown. They tried to make it right by tossing me $5 "loyalty" points, but that didn't do it for me. I just wanted the dang coat I ordered, not some bs points. Definitely steering clear of them in the future.
