    Pace it yourself

    I signed up because I needed some extra cash while I was moving — figured why not. You can choose how often they send surveys, which is great when life’s hectic, and there are quick ones if you don’t want to commit (some are boring, some actually surprising). You can pick topics but I wasn’t picky. The 5,000‑point payout sounds steep, but I got a small gift card sooner than I thought.

    Used to be fine, not anymore

    I wouldn't recommend them right now. I signed up years ago after a colleague tipped me off. It worked okay for a long time, glitches here and there, but nothing major. Over the past few months things slid. Support fixed some issues at first. Then more problems. On 1/20/2026 I suddenly couldn't log in. I opened support tickets repeatedly and followed up a lot. Finally they answered on 1/30/2026 and told me they'd permanently deactivated my account. For no reason they said. I disagree. I never did anything to deserve that. I'm asking the Better Business Bureau to step in. Slightly relieved they replied, skeptical that this will be resolved. I wanted to keep using the site. I expected better communication.

    I just cashed out my $25 reward and actually used it, which felt great. I first saw it on a friend’s phone at lunch and then told my coworker, so I’ve been sharing it around. The daily questions are easy and sometimes there are quick surveys that pay better than I expect. Only gripe is the chat stuff — apparently replies show up only on desktop, and I’m always on my phone, so that’s the awkward part. Still, overall happy.

    Good perks, sketchy support

    small rewards, predictable surveys, payouts arrived on time. Then out of nowhere my account was shut down. I emailed support and got a canned line saying I violated the TOS, they banned me, end of story. No explanation, no evidence, nothing. I tried again, asked for details, and the replies were slow and unhelpful. It's frustrating because the "delivery" of what they promised—the rewards and access—just stopped with no notice. I get that rules exist, but tell me what I did. I even checked forums and saw other people locked out for mysterious reasons, so it's not just me. I'm kind of disappointed; I liked the site but the customer service and how they handled delivery is really poor.

    Slow verification, eventual relief

    I signed up about a year ago and liked the easy surveys at first, honestly — quick little tasks, points stacking up. I recently cashed out for a $50 virtual Visa, and that's where the headache began. They asked for ID verification before sending the card, which I get, security makes sense, but my uploads kept getting rejected with no clear reason. I tried again, retried photos, different angles, even different browsers, and then opened a support ticket. That part was slow; I waited and waited with no update. After a few nudges I finally got a helpful reply and the verification cleared, and the virtual card came through. So yes, delivery and customer service were messy and slow, but in the end it worked — could be faster and clearer though. I'm cautiously happy overall for now though.

    Verification roadblock, otherwise fine

    the rest of the site works fine and surveys track properly, so I'm thankful it didn't go sideways earlier. Still, this part ruins the end-to-end feel. If you're redeeming, be prepared for extra time and document everything. A faster, clearer support reply would help a lot. I hope they improve the verification messaging and reply times soon.

    Gone and back again

    I used their surveys for about a year, mostly on my phone between tasks, and at first it was fine — quick questions, points adding up, I actually cashed in a gift card last year. I started using it more in the spring and liked how simple it felt. Then late summer rolled around and the invites just stopped. I tried to log in and the site acted like I didn’t exist, which was weird because I’d been there every week. I sent a couple of emails, got no reply, tried to create a new account, and that was blocked too. For a bit I thought they’d cut me off on purpose — maybe because I refused extra tracking — who knows. I kept nagging them though, sent another message, and after a while they did restore my access and the points were still there. So yeah, annoying to deal with, but in the end I was able to finish a few surveys and grab another card. Feels good that it worked out, even if the support was slow and the whole "you don’t exist" moment threw me. I’ll keep using it but I’ll back up anything important next time.
