Personal care items
The products were pretty good for the price, but it did take longer than I thought for them to get delivered. I found the ordering process easy and the customer service was really nice and helpful when I had a question. However, I did think the prices were a little high compared to other similar stuff I bought before. In general, I was happy with what I got, but I wish it came faster.

I was really bummed out about my time shopping at Grandado. The website was a pain to use, and it took forever to check out. Plus, the customer service was pretty much useless. I reached out a bunch of times about my order, but never heard back. And when my package finally came after weeks, I was let down to see that the phone case was the wrong size and the screen protector was messed up. I wouldn't suggest Grandado to anyone who wants a good online shopping experience.
Makeup brushes
I bought some makeup brushes from Grandado and honestly, they were terrible. The bristles were all uneven and scratchy, which made it super hard to use them. They were definitely not the quality I was expecting based on their website - total letdown. And don't even get me started on their customer service when I tried to return them. They were pretty much useless and didn't help me at all, which just made the whole situation even more annoying. I definitely won't be shopping at Grandado ever again, and I'd warn anyone else to save their money and skip out on their low-quality products.
