Purchased multiple times during quarantine
During these tough times of quarantine, I found this awesome wine supplier and have been buying from them a lot. The wines they have are top-notch and they have a wide range to suit different tastes. Their delivery is quick and everything comes nicely packaged so nothing gets damaged. The customer service is great too, the staff knows their stuff and are always helpful. I think they should start a loyalty program for us regular customers, like a punch card for free bottles after a few orders. Highly recommend them!

Shirt for daughter
I bought a shirt for my daughter, but it turned out to be the wrong size, and they won't do exchanges, which is just not cool! I had to order another one and pay for shipping three times. Two tiny boxes
My mom ordered these two really small boxes of stuff and when they came, they were in this gigantic box, like, what in the world? The box had a ton of paper in it and was like 18 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches. They even threw in this little note trying to make it seem like they were being environmentally friendly, but let's be real, that's not the case. They easily could have just shipped the two small boxes in a much smaller box, but I guess they think we're not very smart or something.

I had a terrible experience using a luggage storage service at a train station recently. I paid $20, but never got an email telling me where to drop off my bags. When I reached out to the company, they said they sent the confirmation, but I never got it. I ended up having to carry my bags around because Eelway wouldn't refund my payment for messing up. Definitely steer clear of this company!
