Exchange and refund request ignored
I just gotta say, I was really let down by my experience with this online store. I tried contacting customer service to ask about exchanging and getting a refund for something I bought, but I never heard back from them. That lack of communication is just not cool and far from professional. Nowadays, there are plenty of online stores out there that go above and beyond with customer service, answering questions super fast. Sadly, this shop just didn't cut it.
Shoes
I love the shoes I got here, they are just so cute! They arrived really quickly and they fit me perfectly. I did have to swap for a different size, but the customer service was awesome and they were super helpful.
Sweatshirt with noticeable stain
I bought a sweatshirt from this company that was supposed to be brand new, but when I got it, there was a stain on it. I asked about it, and the customer service team said it was new, but the stain was right there. I asked to return it, but they said no because of their final sale policy. I'm really frustrated with this whole thing and definitely won't be buying from them again.
Ordered shoes

Stylemyle has an awesome collection of designer clothing from boutiques all over the world. I found this gorgeous dress that I couldn't find at regular stores. It would have been nice if they had mentioned that you buy things through partnering boutiques, but the quality of the dress really impressed me. And the price I got it for was a total steal.

I am so disappointed with the customer service here. It seems like they stop caring once they have your money. The only way to contact them is via email, and getting a response is a challenge. I wish they would make me feel valued and actually address my concerns instead of treating me like a number. I suggest avoiding this place if you're looking for good customer service. It's not worth your time or money.
Shoes
I received the shoes really quickly and they look awesome! However, they don't fit me quite right and I'm just waiting to hear back about exchanging them for the correct size. Hopefully, they get back to me soon so I can continue enjoying these shoes!
Overnight order
I ordered my outfit back on June 22nd and was expecting it to come really quick, but it got delayed because of the weather. Finally got it after 3 days and it was amazing! Definitely going to shop from them again. Shoutout to STYLEMYLE for the great service!!
International order issue
I recently had a problem with an international order I made on the website. Even though the website said there shouldn't be any customs issues, my package got stuck in my country's customs. I contacted the stylist for help, and they quickly helped me fix the problem in just a few days. I'm thankful for their fast response and willingness to help me through this. I gave DHL all the necessary info, including the website details and an invoice showing that duty charges were already paid, but they still wanted more money. I've contacted Stylemyle admin for more help and I hope this gets resolved quickly. Despite this hiccup, I still appreciate the customer service from Stylemyle and plan to keep shopping with them in the future.
VALENTINO Toile Iconographe Jacket
The company states on its website that the customers should not worry about duties. Everything is covered. I made a purchase.on January 25, 2924. And, of course, DHL sends me a duty bill right before the delivery. I contacted Stylemyle and asked them what to do. They said I had two options: either refuse the package or accept it-pay the duties, provide Stylemyle with the copy of the bill, and they would reimburse me. I accepted the package and paid the duties bill. I emailed the customer service with the copy of the receipt. They would not responde for a while. Then someone from their CS replied saying they would pay "next week". Since the end of January I have been emailing them a couple of times a week. Silence! I hope they read this. Offering me to accept the package and pay the expensive duties and now disappear like that? Sounds like a scam. I cannot believe I fell for it. I will be willing to change the review if someone from Stylemyle is going to do what they promised.

OMG, I was so excited to score these clothes on sale! But, seriously, I didn't receive any updates after placing my order. No confirmation or receipt, like, what's up with that? And they're final sale, so there's no way to exchange for a larger size. Ugh!
