Recent online shopping experience
I wanted to share a recent bad experience I had with an online store where I've shopped for years. I thought it was my go-to place, but they sent me a letter saying they cancelled my account because I return things too much. I was really surprised by this, since I thought it was normal to order a few things and send back what doesn't work. With how busy I am going to lots of weddings and events, shopping online has been a lifesaver for finding the perfect outfit for each occasion. I also have health issues that cause my weight to change, so I have to order different sizes to get the right fit.
