I bought some clothes from this website not too long ago, and man, let me tell you, the customer service was a real letdown. I wanted to return some stuff and get a refund, but the online support was useless and totally rude. The person I talked to only gave me a tiny credit that didn't even come close to covering what I spent. Then, when I asked for more help, she straight up ended the chat before we could even figure things out. It made me feel like they didn't care about me as a customer at all. I won't be coming back to shop here, that's for sure.
