I was really impressed by how professional and friendly the staff was at the testing facility. The whole process went by really fast and smoothly, and the person who did my test was super nice and understanding. I would suggest scheduling an appointment ahead of time to skip any long waits because the place can get pretty busy. But yeah, overall, it was a good experience.

I just bought some slippers from this store, thinking they'd be a nice comfy addition to my shoe collection. But when they got here, they were too small. I was bummed to learn that if I wanted to swap them for a bigger size, I'd have to fork over money for return shipping and an extra fee for the new pair to get to me.
