Unreceived advance
I had a bad experience recently with this service that used to give me advances. I've used it a few times before and always paid back the advances on time. But last month, on April 29th, I tried to get an advance and never got it. Now, the app says I owe money for an advance I never actually got. I've tried contacting them through the app and my email, but no response yet. And I can't even remove my card info from the app, so I had to cancel my card to avoid getting charged for an advance I never got. This lack of response and communication is not okay, and it's really frustrating and disappointing.

Class variety
There are so many awesome classes to pick from! They've got classes on photography and editing that are just amazing. I've learned a ton about Lightroom and Photoshop, which has been super helpful for my school work. Scott's classes are a blast, his jokes always make me laugh! But some of the drone lessons seem kind of outdated, like they're from forever ago. They really need to update those lessons to include the cool new drones like the Mavic 3 Pro Cine!

I just signed up for this IT training platform and man, let me tell you, it was totally worth it. The videos were super pro, the language was easy to follow, and the production quality was on point. I stuck with it for about a year and a half, and I gotta say, I really learned a ton. Yeah, it cost a bit more than some other options out there, but the content was top-notch.

My review is not about the clothing, which was of great quality. I say "was" because my husband passed away YEARS ago, and I have been trying to get myself removed from their mailing list ever since. I have called, written, emailed, chatted...all to no avail. Every catalogue I received reminds me of my husband. I finally moved across the country and of course, didn't give them a forwarding address. Dang it if I haven't begun getting catalogues in the mail! Customer Service doesn't really seem to be a thing. I just now called again, and the person who answered the phone said "Wow" and then I got nothing but silence.

Swimsuits
*the site won’t let me leave 1 star for each category* Worst company ever. They lost my package or never sent it out and customer service was not helpful at all. They would tell me the package was shipped but couldn’t tell me when or give me tracking info or tell me where it was. I had to order products from another company. When my package finally arrived 2 weeks late, I didnt need the suits anymore. Customer service has been horrible, they say you have to pay for return shipping if it’s your fault your returning it but since they lost my package then sent it late it’s not my fault I need To return the suits. They refuse to respond to my emails in a timely matter even when I immediately answer their emails. If they step up and do the right thing and refund my purchase I will Remove the review. But I would caution anyone from ever ordering from them.
CHEATED BY THIS COMPANY! This is a Chinese company that not only takes a very long time to get you the product if you need to return it YOU CAN'T. They will give you the runaround on email and then when they finally send you the shipping address, it is in Minhang District, Shanghai. The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges which are more than the bathing suit cost.
