I recently got the Rust & Terracotta bedding bundle as a gift from my daughters and man, I gotta say, I am beyond impressed with how amazing this product is. OMG y'all, I had the craziest experience with this company! So, I finally caved and decided to treat myself to some fancy linen bedding even though I was a bit scared about the prices. But then, when my package got swiped, I was freaking out because I missed the deadline to report it! 😭 But then, I reached out to customer service and they were like actual heroes! They sent me a whole new package for free, just out of the goodness of their hearts! Like, who even does that?! Customer service is usually so blah, but this one was like chatting with a friend. I swear, I am totally gonna buy from them again, just gotta remember to keep a closer eye on my package next time, lol.
