    I bought something online, but never got it. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, chat, and calls for 6 weeks. Every time, they were not helpful or didn't respond at all. The lack of communication and help from the customer service team was really disappointing. A supervisor finally gave an explanation, but refused to refund me without proving their claim about past issues. Their lack of transparency and ignoring my concerns really bummed me out. I won't be shopping from this store again.

    Luxe Poplin shirts

    I got these really fancy shirts online, but when they showed up they were way too big! And get this - I couldn't swap them for a smaller size because Banana Republic doesn't do exchanges through their stores. Can you believe it? I saw that the store close to me actually had the right size in stock, but I couldn't snag it. So now I'm stuck returning these shirts and who knows when I'll get my hands on them again. Such a letdown!

    I have to admit, I was really let down by how long it took for my recent order to arrive. Honestly, it felt like forever for them to even send it out and get it to me. I had to wait a whole week just to finally get my stuff! When I buy something, I just want it to show up in a decent amount of time, not turn into a whole waiting game. Plus, the fact that the company didn't keep me in the loop or give me any updates just made me even more annoyed.     Lately, I've noticed that the clothes at this store are just okay, nothing really special in terms of style or quality, especially for men's clothing. But I do like that they have a good rewards program with their credit card. On the downside, the customer service here is pretty disappointing.     Banana Republic has some really cute clothes that I love to wear. I think the jeans from Gap are good for more casual days, but when I want something a bit fancier, I always head to Banana Republic. Their sizes always seem to fit me just right, which is a major plus because there's nothing worse than ill-fitting clothes. I find ordering online to be a breeze, especially since I live far away. I can have my clothes shipped directly to the store for easy pick-up. Plus, if something doesn't fit, I can just return it hassle-free. And the best part is they offer shipping to Europe, so I can still look stylish even when I'm across the pond.

    Recent online shirt purchase

    I recently ordered a shirt online and when I got it, I washed it right away. Unfortunately, after washing it, I noticed that it looked old, wrinkled, and had shrunk a lot. So, I decided to return it to the store closest to me as they had advertised on their website. However, the service I received was not good at all. The manager at the Southpoint store in Durham, NC, wouldn't accept the return because I had already washed the shirt. I asked about their satisfaction guarantee even after washing it once, but he just said no. I asked to talk to his supervisor, who basically said it was up to the manager and suggested trying another store. The nearest one was an hour away, which was really inconvenient. Overall, my experience with this company has been frustrating and disappointing in terms of customer service.

    I gotta say, I just bought some really nice basic clothes from this store and they're pretty impressive.     Sweater and face masks mix-up

    I recently made a purchase at this store and boy was I disappointed. I ordered a cozy sweater, but guess what showed up in the package? A bunch of face masks! Can you believe that? Totally not what I was expecting. So, I reached out to customer service right away hoping they would fix it and send me my sweater. But no, they told me I had to return the face masks first to get a refund and only then would they send me the sweater. By the time I did all that, the sweater was all gone. Now I'm stuck with a gift card I can't even use. What a letdown, total waste of my time.

    Hyped-up order

    I bought something on this website and was really excited to get my package. But when it arrived, it was a huge letdown. The tracking info was all wrong and messed up, which just stressed me out.     I used to really enjoy shopping at this place because they had some really nice clothes that were perfect for work. But then they started to join forces with other companies, and since then, the quality has definitely taken a hit. The prices have gone up too, and it's just not as good of a deal as it used to be. Now, I only really stop by when they're having one of those huge sales. I'm hoping they can turn things around and get back to how they used to be soon.

    Tartan outfit for Burns Night

    I don't usually shop at this store, but I came across a nice pair of tartan trousers and a jacket there. They're made of good quality fabric with a bit of stretch and warmth. I liked that I could order two sizes to try on, and returning the one that didn't fit was easy and I got my refund quickly. The only downside is that they would've been too pricey at full price, but I lucked out and got them on sale.

    Final sale sweater

    I bought a final sale sweater from this store not too long ago. But when it came in, I saw right away that it had obviously been worn before. There was hair, lint, and a lot of pilling on it from whoever had it before me. And to make matters worse, the shipping label showed it was sent by a totally different company, which was kind of a letdown. If they're gonna sell stuff that's been returned, they should at least check it over and let customers know what they're getting into.

    I just bought some black pants and a white blouse from this store. The prices were alright, but man, ordering was a total disaster. My order got all mixed up and almost disappeared, stressing me out big time. Thankfully, customer service came through and offered to replace the items or give me a credit. Still, I think they could step up their rewards program for repeat customers. The folks I talked to knew their stuff and really tried to help me out, so that was cool.

    I sent back something to the store a while ago with their prepaid label, but it's been more than a month now and I still haven't gotten my money back. The tracking info says they got my stuff, but I haven't seen a refund. I've emailed customer service a bunch of times but no one has gotten back to me. When I tried calling, I was on hold for over an hour without talking to anyone. This whole situation is not cool - the lack of communication and slowness in giving refunds has really ticked me off as a customer.

    I hopped on their website to check out their clothes, and man, it was so easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Scored some killer deals too, got an extra 40% off which was fantastic! Picked up some polos and basic tees, but after wearing them a few times, they kinda lost their shape and the colors faded. Bummer, cause I was really digging them. On a brighter note, their jackets and jeans seem to be holding up great, so that's a win at least.
