I bought this thing online and it was a disaster. The fancy ads made it look awesome, but the customer service was terrible. They were all nice when I first bought it, but when I had issues, they didn't do anything to help. I had to call my bank to sort things out, and my order is still messed up. I ended up paying more than I should have, and I'm pretty upset about it. I definitely won't be giving this product another shot, it's completely ruined for me.

Sweater and face masks mix-up
I recently made a purchase at this store and boy was I disappointed. I ordered a cozy sweater, but guess what showed up in the package? A bunch of face masks! Can you believe that? Totally not what I was expecting. So, I reached out to customer service right away hoping they would fix it and send me my sweater. But no, they told me I had to return the face masks first to get a refund and only then would they send me the sweater. By the time I did all that, the sweater was all gone. Now I'm stuck with a gift card I can't even use. What a letdown, total waste of my time.

This company is great! They delivered my order really quickly, plus they threw in a free watch winder. The box the watch came in wasn't top-notch, but Jura Watches hooked me up with a new leather box that was awesome. Definitely a 5-star experience!
