    I bought a watch from this store and it was seriously terrible. I got it back in April and they didn't even have it in stock, can you believe that? Then it took them forever to finally let me know they didn't have it, so annoying. I had to keep asking for updates and it was just the worst customer service experience. Ended up getting a refund and purchased the same watch somewhere else, much better. Definitely not worth your time to deal with this place, it's the worst!

I got confirmation within 20 minutes. The watch arrived the next day, which was great because I live in North Scotland where mail can take a while.     As a customer of this company, I gotta say my experience was pretty disappointing. I bought a Garmin watch on April 6th thinking it would arrive quickly since it's not all that fancy and you can get it at other stores. But man, it took a crazy long 7 weeks for it to finally show up on May 24th. And let me tell you, there was zero communication from them during that whole time. I called them a bunch of times, but all I got were lame excuses about delays and promises to check with the manufacturer, which never happened. Their customer service was a joke, they didn't seem to care about me at all. It's obvious they only care about getting your money and don't give a darn about keeping customers happy or coming back.
