Oversized items
I recently bought some clothes from their website and man, was I let down. The sizes were way bigger than what I normally wear, and on top of that, they wouldn't let me exchange or get a refund for items that were half off. Curtains and accessories
The curtains, rods, and tie backs were really nice. They stayed put even when it got windy, and the color and texture looked just like the pictures online. But it took forever for them to get here from China - each package took over a month to arrive, which was super annoying. The customer service folks were quick to get back to me, but the return policy wasn't great. If you're not sure about the color or size, be ready to pay to ship the stuff back to China. The products themselves were good quality, but they could do better with the shipping and returns stuff.
