Great Selection of Adult Toys and Excellent Customer Service
As a client of Sohimi, I have been extremely pleased with the products and services they offer. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of products to choose from. I particularly love their selection of vibrators, dildos, and other adult toys. The prices are also very reasonable, and I appreciate that they offer discreet packaging for all of their orders.

Delayed China Dispatch
I just bought something online and the website said it would come quick with UPS and DHL, but it actually shipped from China with Yun Express and took forever to get to me - like 6 weeks! The tracking info was hardly updated, so I kept stressing out every time I checked on it. Plus, it sat in the UK for 2 weeks before Royal Mail finally got it to me. And to top it off, the customs label said my stuff was a free gift worth way less than it actually was, which might be illegal.

My time at Sohimi was alright. The stuff I got was just okay, nothing special. The website was easy to use, but nothing really stuck with me. Customer service was lacking and I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. It was fine, but I probably won't go back.
Unreliable Customer Support
I had the worst experience with the customer support team at this company recently. It was a complete nightmare, let me tell you. I contacted them to ask about my order status, and the responses I got were so unhelpful and just plain rude. They tried to say my order was delivered just a day after I placed it, but I never got any shipping details or confirmation. It's obvious to me that this company is nothing but a scam, and I really recommend staying away from them.
