I phoned the store to inquire about some cool Swiss Army watches I saw online. A guy named Ellis helped me and was really nice and patient. I'm not a fan of phone calls, so they sent me an email with a link to pay. Ellis stayed on the line until I received the email and could click on it. The whole ordering process was super simple. I got confirmation within 20 minutes. The watch arrived the next day, which was great because I live in North Scotland where mail can take a while. It arrived just in time for my son's 18th birthday and he was thrilled, grinning from ear to ear! We had to get some links removed from the strap to fit him better, but a local jeweler made that a piece of cake. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I would definitely shop here again and recommend it to my family and friends!
