International Dropship Order
I'm so frustrated with this company! I placed an order a month ago and just found out it's an international dropship company. The lack of transparency is just ridiculous. When I tried to contact customer service, they were so unhelpful and gave me terrible responses. This company is a total joke.

OG watch gift
My husband is really into watches, so I decided to surprise him with an OG watch, and now he has a whole collection of them. People are always asking where he found them because they are seriously cool. I just wish they weren't so pricey, 'cause you know, saving money is a big deal. But we usually just wait for sales to snag some new ones for our collection. The watches are so cool and unique with the mix of wood and metal.

Watch purchase
I bought a watch from this company not too long ago and I had a pretty good experience. But, I did run into a few problems with my order. One of my orders went missing during delivery, which was really annoying. However, the customer service team took care of the issue fast and made it right, which I was grateful for. Even though I had that hiccup, I would still suggest this company if you want a nice watch.

Late delivery, unexpected fees, poor quality
I bought an X-suit Sport and had to wait longer for delivery because of problems in Hong Kong. Customer service didn't tell me about the delay until I contacted them. Then, I had to unexpectedly pay extra fees in cash for customs when my order arrived. Plus, the suit material seems cheap and the size calculator app didn't get it right - the suit is too big. And now I have to pay to ship it back, which seems old-fashioned for a high-end item.

I've been a customer for a long time, with personal auto, home, and business insurance policies. At first, my business premiums were good, but then they doubled after a re-classification. So, I checked out other quotes and State Farm had way better coverage at a much lower cost. It's saved me a lot of money. Even though I've been with them for over ten years, it seems like they care more about shareholders than us policyholders.

It’s been 10 days since I payed and place my order and I haven’t got a tracking number. When I checked it says when they are ready to shipped my order they will let me know. How much longer do I have to wait? It’s frustrating

do you ship to Australia
Hi Team,
I want to purchase your goods but worried that you may not be shipping to Australia due to the strict quarantine laws- can i know if you ship here and how long it normally takes as I can see some people have had to wait for 6 to 8 weeks?Dhanushi didn't seem to get any response. I have the same question.
People from the above list had issues with delivery which wasn't delivered and shipped after a month.
I was actually about to purchase but reading the reviews, it changed my mind completely. especially having to ship it over to Australia.Hi Dhanushi, we do ship to Australia. We take 5-7 business days to deliver an order to a physical address and 10-12 business days to a PO box address in Australia. Thank you. :)
Oh please!! I ordered 7 days ago and haven’t even got an email with tracking/shipping yet!! That blows that story doesn’t it? Are you going to actually respond to any emails? Seems like just another scam, do not buy from this company!!
