Jeans, T-shirts, and shoes
I just bought some jeans, t-shirts, and shoes from this store. Honestly, I wasn't too happy with how everything went down. It felt more like a yard sale than an actual store. I was really hoping for better service and communication.

I really enjoyed shopping at this site the prices and quality of the items are wonderful. Now I cannot find the site to order. Please put it back up.
Clothing and housewares
I was buying the deals of my life for a year on this site, and someone shut it down. I don't think people believed their eyes when they saw t he prices and reported them as fraudulent. Now I can't find them nor their deals. Sad ? Bring them back; I was saving up to buy an Invicta watch!
A big order was stolen from my porch, and while it took them a long time, they credited me with the full amount over $300.00, and I was able to reorder! I would definitely put up with whatever customer service issues they had to keep shopping with them.Apparel
This would have been my second order from this company. I tried to place an order about a week ago and they were having computer issues, nothing was being loaded under apparel. So I tried again today. The banner read as it did in my first order which is why I was so excited about reordering. The banner read: EXTRA 30% OFF + FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $79

I spent 2 hours carefully selecting apparel, 18 items. Each item on the selection page had the same EXTRA 30% OFF ORDERS $79+
USE CODE: EXTRA30, yet unbeknown to me, under it in font 1/5 the size of the announcement was
"not applicable to rock bottom products". I did not see it until I was placing my order. And yet, though I had nothing they said in my cart that would allow the discount when I tried the code it gave me $6.29 off. This is what brought the discrepancy to my attention in the first place, I knew that at 30% off my discount should have been greater. I did the online chat and placed a phone call to no avail. My advice is to always EXPECT and LOOK carefully for the fine print.Mens invicta watches
I purchased absolutely the most beautiful Invicta men's watches from this company. I paid a third of the price that I have paid in the past for these watches. They came promptly beautifully wrapped and I couldn't be happier. I dealt with customer service on two watches I returned because the face on them were too large for my husband . I had absolutely no problem with my refund and all was handled in a prompt courteous manner. I cannot wait to order from them again. Awesome company.
