Late delivery, misleading information
I ordered something and was expecting it to arrive by a specific date. But, it ended up coming a whole month later than what they first told me. I was pretty annoyed by the fact that there were no updates on the tracking and they didn't even admit that they gave me the wrong info. I ended up having to argue with my credit card company to get the charge sorted out because of all the unnecessary trouble.

Custom-made dress purchase
The dress I got is really well-made, especially for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by how detailed and high-quality it is. It has good support built in, so I didn't even need to use the silicon bra I bought separately. The lining added some weight to it, making it hang nicely and not feel cheap. However, the bust area is a little too long and wide for me, so I'll need to make some small adjustments. Overall, I'm really happy with the dress, especially in the color I saw online. Now all I need is to get a spray tan to finish the look!

I ordered flowers for my grandmother to be delivered on her 85th birthday and they did not get delivered. I attempted calling customer service and waited for 20 minutes only to then have to leave a voicemail. Sending flowers is not cheap and for the price a delivery should show up when you paid for it to. I have used other companies before and didn't have this issue. Lesson learned...

Absolute shit. I was forced to pay $43 for express shipping and it took a month to get here. They’re obvious fakes too. If your gonna sell me bullshit, sell me bullshit that’s nice to look at. Not this piece of horseshit. Pricing is extremely unreasonable too.

Bullet Antenna with face shields
Well I received my bullet in my face shield which I absolutely love and then a months down the road my black bullet antenna, the bottom half term blue. If I wanted the blue one I would’ve ordered one then I contact them and they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it because a month has gone by. Their product change colors after one month that to me is junk. And they wanted to do absolutely nothing about it not a good company in my eyes

I have ordered from airgun depot multiple times and have never had any issue. Shipping has been just as described and on time, orders have always been correct and complete. The condition of product has always been new in the box with no damage. I have recommended this site to friends.
The only con is they do seem to have a lot of items out of stock currently
