Leather jacket with fur hood

My experience with customer service at this store totally sucked. I messaged them on WhatsApp to ask about returning a foundation I didn't like. The person I talked to wouldn't give me a return label and said I had to pay for the shipping myself. Their responses were super condescending and rude. I'm really bummed about how I was treated and won't be buying anything from them again.

The B complex supplements from this company are amazing, I'd totally suggest them to anyone trying to boost their health. Diffuser tower purchase
I just bought a diffuser tower from this company and let me tell you, their customer service is the worst. The dang thing just froze up after only 4 months of using it and when I tried to get help, they basically said tough luck and that I needed to fork over more money for a new diffuser. I dropped over $600 on this thing and now it's useless with zero help from them. Seriously, I'm beyond disappointed and annoyed at how they treat their customers.
